Liberals packed the court for the last 50 years. When it looked like Reagan and Bush 41 would get to swing it back, the liberals came up with a scam that American Bar Association, which they controlled, must provide nominees. Bush 43 called that bluff, but needed help vetting, as he almost got fooled by a pro-abortion female candidate. (Forgot her name.)

Democrats are doing the talk show circuit calling the charges against Kavanaugh “credible.”

How are they credible?

I’m not sure a person who believes Ford at this point is fit to serve on a jury.

Rather than term limits maybe we should return to the constitutional method of choosing senators. State legislatures would select them. The senate is supposed to represent the states. The house the people.

This comes up every time they see that their blatant use of the courts for social engineering might be in jeopardy.

They will never enforce tyranny at the ballot box and have relied for over 50 years on using a unelected body to legislate their plans.

Any student of history knows that FDR tried exactly the same tactics from the White House. Further study shows that he only relented when he was in office so long that he got more lefty picks. God willing, Trump won’t have to wait that long and legislation by ruling can at least be a generation away.

Sour grapes. It’ll never happen. They had 8 l-o-n-g years of 0bama to make all the changes they could ram through and this never came up ONCE. Not. Once.

Sore Losers.

I DO agree with Term Limits for the PUKES in Congress, and I like the idea of a mandatory retirement age for both SCOTUS Members AND Congress Critters.

Limit to eighteen years would let more 60 year olds eligible and we would have better idea of their ideology.

The demographics for our side are looking worse each year.

Cutting down terms of federal judges is how the left sill replace all the “old white men” with wise young latinas and brilliant constitutional scholars like Barry Hussein Obama.

The first step is to reanimate Augusto Pinochet and give him a fleet of helicopters.

I like it. I like a lot

So now they want Trump to name an additional 5 SCJ’s to get the court up to 14? Did they really think this through?

When the left loses, they want to change the rules.

***************

Another example of this is when Hillary lost to Trump Dems wanted to do away with the electoral college.

When they win, the rules are fair. When they lose they want to change them so they can win.

A)An even number? And WTH does “7 Statutory and 7 Constitutional” mean? I heard some other d-bag suggest going down to 8, again an even number. I don’t get it.

B)It’s odd Ro Khanna calls himself a “candidate” since he’s an incumbent Congressman.

C)Meh, they need a President to pack the court (Maybe WE should pack the court?). And they need a constitutional amendment for judicial term limits (not a bad idea in theory but perhaps not to our benefit at this time).

Legislating in a representative government is HARD. It would be so much better if we could just put 14 liberals in charge and let them do what needs to be done?

Actually, FDR didn’t relent. One of the justices flipped under pressure and approved the New Deal.

It is quite possible FDR would have been allowed to pack the court if another term or two had passed.

Democrats want the 22 million illegals to be able to vote and give them a permanent majority. The courts are the path to their total control.

Kavanaugh is a moderate Bushie appointee. He’s no true believer conservative. Yet all this chaos. Dems smell complete control forever if they reshape the court.

It seemed crazy to say “gay marriage” ten years ago. Or “abolish ICE two years ago. Yet those are major Democrat platform planks at this point. Look for this “reshaping the courts” to be part of their plan.

Of course, just like the 7 year old mentalities they are.

***************

They act just like spoiled children. Whenever they don’t get their way they throw a tantrum.

This is one reason you cannot have an intelligent debate with a liberal. They are driven entirely by emotions.

That’s an understatement. And their side resorts to violence. I think people truly underestimate their ability to destroy all things that are not in agreement with them.

You joke but that’s exactly where all the major leftist legislating has taken place. Queer marriage. Abortion. Court system is Supra Legislative and Dems have no problem having our “superiors” rule by fiat.

Maybe or if you sit on your hands and keep the status quo you wind up with Ginsbergs who cannot stay awake long enough to hear arguments.
