McConnell is 76 years old, a polio survivor, and obviously not strong. He could have easily taken a fatal blow to the head or fallen and received a fatal head blow in the fall.

It is up to the young and strong around the defenseless and weak to come to their aid.

We are at the Bleeding Kansas stage now. Harper’s Ferry and Fort Sumter can’t be far away.

Hitler made his early bones with the National Socialists by joining in as a headbreaker busting up commie rallies.

Both groups even call themselves socialists - and act like all socialists throughout history have acted when they could get away with it.

The Nazis came across as progressive and tolerant, at first. This was because they had a hard time getting a majority of votes, due to there being 8 or more political parties vying for control.
It is also the reason they targeted the Communists, who were draining the majority of the voters the Nazis need for the chancellorship. This has been seized on by modern teachers to justify the lie that communists and Nazis were on the opposite side of the political spectrum. In reality they were both so similar that they kept the other from winning a majority in the elections. So, the Nazis eliminated the communists through propaganda, intimidation and assassination.
Hitler also promised to be pro-unions, and their votes put him over the top in the last election. Once in office he would never allow an election to be held again and his first official act was to outlaw unions and kill their leaders.
Then, other progressives, like the homosexuals, were introduced to the real Nazi party, to their bitter dismay.

Precisely. Interesting that Stein is the first one to have the guts to point that out.

I’m in Oregon. Our Republican gubernatorial candidate is pro-choice, and making dumb noises on guns. Most of my votes were against libs, and that’s good enough, at this point.

"I’m getting sick of hearing about people just passively allowing themselves to be bullied by these sh!theads. Start punching them in their mouths already."

I completely agree. However, whoever strikes first can be charged with felony battery in most municipalities. That is why us Conservatives are so passive. We have jobs and family and don't need the legal problems.

Personally, I've been to jail in my youth and wouldn't have a problem with it. First offense is usually pleaded down to a misdemeanor assault with light sentence if no such priors. A (in shape) 68 year old man like me would probably get time served for the overnight jail time after being bailed out.

I so long for the days when you could bloody a nose or bust a lip of a punk at school and get detention at worse. I also long for the days you could do it in a bar or on the street and the Cops would make each go on their way unless major injury. Now if you just shove someone, it's a felony. So frustrating.

“Our” homosexuals, if they ever wake up, will be surprised to learn that “homophobic” muslims are higher on their leaders’ food chain.

Yep, the RATs have more and more of their numbers coming out and openly admitting they’re socialists with the vast majority of the party sitting back and not condemning them.

I keep labeling them the “Fascist-Democrats.”

Is this not a good narrative?

Fascist-Democrats works for me, in my view they’re little different than socialists.

This is The United States of America. We do not do “Brownshirts” here. One way or another, sooner than later, these thugs will meet their match.

Really!? I thought he was one of the last blue dog democrat hold outs. I may be thinking of someone else about his age who also speaks of Fox at times.

Little of this would be happening in the presence of media who would investigate the instigators and reveal how scripted it all really is. Defend yourself against this sort of violence and you'll very quickly find yourself Public Enemy Number One in the NYT and the WaPo. Hitler had Der Sturmer and the Völkischer Beobachter filling that very same function. What is old is new again.

The parallels continue: the "official" media - CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, join them in being house organs of a single political party that has decided to turn radical and violent. Federal law enforcement has been neutered or actively subverted by that party just as their famously neutral Prussian counterparts were replaced en masse by Nazis in 1933.

What is left to do is the mob itself. For a long time the Nazis were supported by a small group of highly organized head-crackers who were more than willing to take Communist recruits - this blossomed into the SA we remember today when there was an influx of money to Nazi coffers post 1930 and at one point numbered as many as four million men in a country whose army was still limited to 100,000. The failure of the Obama administration to form such an organization was largely due to lack of Congressional financial support post 2010 but the seed organizations - Organizing For Action, MoveOn, etc - are still quite active and lavishly funded by corporate heavies exactly as the Nazis were. Krupp later came to regret his support bitterly and openly but by then it was too late.

So yes, students of that era have become very alarmed at recent developments. In Germany it was a political anomaly that allowed the Nazis' jackboots into the door - they never did get more than 36% of the popular vote and that had faded to 33% by 1932 - and once Hindenburg died the brakes were off. All the talk of clever machinations to nullify the 2016 election had its parallel in those late-night beer hall sessions in the 1930's, and the Nazis actually managed it eventually.

What is different now from then is the presence of an armed population. Never, never give up your guns.

re: “ as was the open homosexuality of Röhm and other SA leaders such as his deputy Edmund Heines.”

What was it about that those types? Couldn’t they strike up a relationship with a woman? Lack of communications skills I wonder?

To me, either the restaurant owners call the police/ have security, or law enforcement makes this stuff their business, or fed-up conservatives will take the law into their own hands. That will play right into the ‘little victim’ mentality that the lefties love.

Where are the police stopping Antifa? Where are the arrests being made? Couldn’t this come from the top vs each city? Since some Mayors condone it. How about ‘it is illegal in this country to wear masks and to riot.” idk, makes sense to me.
