Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez won. That is actually good news. This will be a lot of fun for two years. :)
Republicans will promise to do the most amazing things if we only had all three branches. Congress has abdicated it’s legislative job and are getting things done through ex orders.. just like obama.
I could handle some changes like Sessions being booted out at Justice.

She will become as popular as the Kardashians. Not one day will pass for the next 2 years that she will not be fawned over by the media. No one will ever question her intellect or how she was awarded a degree in economics. She might get a Nobel Prize, just for showing up.
2 years of Obstruction, Never Ending Investigations of Non Existent Crimes, Law suits, Dem Leadership of all Committees, No Budgets, Open Borders and Illegals coming for the Border in waves we haven’t seen so they can flip the voting bases in all the close races.
Now that they have control of the House, Ginsburg will stick around a little longer. Even if that means she gets put on life support. SCOTUS will be the only thing that will stop the Dem’s. And they’re going to try like hell to get rid of Kavanaugh, at all costs, and get Garland on the court. Some of you are going to argue that, say all sorts of rude sh*t. But, the Dem’s are emboldened. They think they have a mandate and they will ride that pony until it dies or they get their way.
We haven’t seen anything yet.
Seeing that Cruz, Scott, DeSantis and a few others only squeaked out their respective wins, we need to try and enjoy the next two years because after that the Dem’s win, pretty much everything outright. Only thing that will stop that is if 20-30% of Dem voters, right now, shift. I don’t see that happening.
Sorry to be the pessimist, but losing the House, by as much as we did, isn’t good. All the folks that won are radical Leftists and will not compromise on anything. All of the Presidents tweets won’t be able to overcome Cortez-Ocasio’s basic lack of intelligence.
Right about now, I’d love to see the President get a hold of and release all the information on the sexual harassment payouts. Wonder how many folks would be heading for the door.
Kobach as the Kansas Secretary of State should have nixed the election commission’s attempt to get the voters’ registration rolls from the states for free. The outrage that ensued disabled the attempt to investigate illegal voting. The commission should have bought the rolls like everyone else.
That's simply not true. Most of the Democrat gains were in suburban areas where the voters will tolerate a lot of liberalism but are dead-set against paying for it.
The Dems want Trump off the table for 2020. That will be the main focus, don’t expect to get much out of the House of Representatives for the next two years. It’ll be interesting to see what the stock market does today. It will be even more interesting to see what the stock market does when Maxine Waters takes a position on committee for finance... If that’s even true, at least that’s what she says so I have to wonder if she really is a shoe-in.

I wonder if Trump is giddy with all the dirt that he can shovel in the direction of obstructionist now that they Vowed to bring it on. Maybe we’ll get to see some of this documentation that no one ever gets to see. The confrontation I predict will ensue and nothing will get done. It might be a good clean up.

You are right. And when they get tired of the increased costs, they will move and bring their liberal BS to wherever they relocate to and ruin the next place.
As they are doing, right now, in Georgia, Texas, and Florida.
But, folks, like Ocasio_Cortez, aren’t compromising on anything. When you ask someone like her, how the bills are going to get paid and the response is, You just pay for it, you’re in a whole heap of trouble.
Sessions, Mattis, Zinke, and Kelly won’t make it till January.
