Yup.

Flynn flat refuses to say he was s innocent which is the magic word for Sullivan to unload on Mueller

If Flynn continues to maintain that he is guilty, what can the judge do?

Since the basis for this was illegal, the entire case should be thrown out.

Completely gay. Look up Nap's life. His "domestic partner" (yes, a man) died three years ago.

Much has been written about it, but that was his choice, I suppose.

That is exactly how I feel.

I have no love for Manafort, and I don’t know squat about Gen. Flynn personally (though I heard he can be a pompous jerk to subordinates) but the facts are these are selective criminal prosecutions, something that should NEVER happen in this country.

If Gen Flynn committed actual crimes by acting as an agent of Erdogan and Turkey, the DoJ should have investigated and prosecuted those charges. Mueller as SC, was authorized to investigate 2016 ELECTION interference by RUSSIA and related collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign. To entrap Flynn on a silly process charge, and use the seemingly more serious Turkey representation to coerce Flynn into a guilty plea on a “Russia” matter is an outrageous abuse of the SC authorization, that underscores the political game at its root.

My opinion/guess is that Judge Sullivan sees the above and feels that accepting an obviously coerced guilty plea would make Sullivan complicit in dispensing injustice. Flynn’s refusal to change his plea leaves Sullivan few options except kicking the can down the road hoping new events and information intercede, possibly convincing Flynn to withdraw his plea. Flynn would probably rather stick to the devil he knows than roll the dice. Sullivan does not want to serve Mueller’s game.

Solution: Withdraw the guilty please for lying. Enter a guilty plea on failure to register as a foreign agent. Accept it. Sentence him to something minimal, like 3 months lightly supervised probation.

Yes read it as ‘composing’
The new term we are supposed to believe is factual testifying

Many left leaning principals in high up positions in gov “oversight” are breaking so many laws it’s gotta come back to haunt them or bring on a full blown revolution

When the revolution hits, it will be Conservative Patriots fighting CONSTITUTIONALY against the usurpation of our Founders view of how this Constitutional Republic should be run and for the reinstating of said Republic.

The declassification by Trump will reveal how Flynn was set up. Delaying the “sentencing” allows time for the unredacted evidence to be made available to Flynn (and the entire country) to PROVE how he was set up by the FBI— by the very ACTORS (Strozk in particular) who did an intial “interview in Jan.24, 2017” and the interview write up from THAT interview was NOT provided as asked by this Judge.

Bottom line— the evidence would give greater imprimatur to support Flynn changing his plea— on “lying” to the FBI (NOT, as the media has tried to say it was— “a charge of treason”— said on the radio report this AM!!). Change his plea to not guilty and thus... no crime because proven false nature of the “interview” and the faking of the wiretap warrants by the fake dossier. All— fruit of the poisoned tree. No crime— no plea to one and thus... NO sentence (delayed until March, or before... heh, heh).

The judge is using Flynn as bait to see if Trump will pardon him before mueller presents his case. Then mueller and left will claim obstruction by Trump. Just imho

Correct. And, just from the look and “delivery” of this nobody former “judge” ... he was/is a “catcher”.

And just what was this clown, as a “judge” in NJ? He was an “appointee” of a democrat governor of NJ for the so-called Superior Court of NJ—The Superior Court is the state court in the U.S. state of New Jersey, with statewide trial and appellate jurisdiction. It is not the NJ Supreme Court, which this clown tries to appear to be a “justice” of that court.

According to wikipedia: “According to a March 2017 report in Politico, Napolitano told friends that President Donald Trump told him he was considering Napolitano for a United States Supreme Court appointment should there be a second vacancy. Ultimately, Judge Brett Kavanaugh was chosen instead. “

So, this is a political hack, Broolyn law school professor— who doesn’t know much about the law as he claims. You should hear Mark Levin on this joker-— calls him a hack— who is generally wrong on most if not all legal background he has given. “ A dime a dozen, former lower court judges on TV”.

I wonder if Napolitano has a vendetta against Trump now because Trump actually did tell him — as a joke the Napolitano took seriously — he’d be considered for a U.S. Supreme Court seat.

“I don’t understand why they don’t all just claim this is the result of a poisoned tree.

The Mueller investigation was birthed under false evidence, why does anything that follows have merit?”

Exactly, if the rule of law was adhered to that is what would come about. Or would have ALREADY come about.

Ironic that Comey is all over the media saying the rule of law is important, when in fact he skirted it over and over and over again.

Oh and another irony, you comment is NOT fuzzy logic!

"I was just reading that, that the judge blasted him as a traitor."

During the recess, the judge asked Flynn's defense lawyers if Flynn was working for the Turks while in the White House. He found out that Flynn had terminated his employment with them and was receiving no money from them in November, months before he was in the White House. If Flynn was working for them, he would have been considered a traitor. The judge had to walk back his statements.
