The judge was giving all the signs that he was going to sentence Flynn to prison time. Gave him a chance to postpone to maximize his cooperation.

Not really. Judge gave Flynn every opportunity to contest this and he did not. At some point this has to be on Flynn if he continues to roll over for Mueller.
The judge wants more time to research Muller’s team. If he sentences now, the Muller guys have no reason to provide more info to judge.
Judge is scalp hunting the Muller team.
Here’s hoping the harsh light of justice is about to shine on Mueller, Strzok and the other FBI ‘interviewer’ who’s name has been hidden through all of this.
Mueller knows everything Flynn knows, this is just to create media spin and more doubts about Trump.
IMHO the Judge is DIRTY! So maybe is Flynn since BOTH are DEMOCRATS!

No - this judge is real, and he was on the Ted Stevens case and distrusts the government more than any other judge. They lied to him and he was furious. He starts each case with a Brady order - meaning the prosecutor had better hand over every piece of evidence to the defense.
Flynn is telling the judge that he lied. I read the 302, but I don’t have the wiretaps that Strozk had to compare with Flynn’s claims.
Flynn broke no laws, except this process crime of lying, brought about by an illegal investigation, tainted by bias and illegal unmasking of his wiretapped conversations.
He always had the right to remain silent. He had the right to an attorney.
Never talk to these people, they are not your friend, they are never your friend. Especially when they are doing goon work for the DNC.
The judge gave strong hints and opportunity for Flynn to retract his guilty plea. Flynn rufused initially but after the lunch recess FLYNN’S LAWYERS said they would take him up on the offer to postpone sentencing.
They may want to consider withdrawing the guilty plea.
I agree with your take. I just watched Catherine Herridge report that the Judge gave Flynn multiple opportunities to make "adjustments" to the record and Flynn repeatedly declined to do so. He apparently just wants the whole thing over.
IMHO the Deep State pressure on Flynn and his family is intense.
Keep on believing that.

We were a few posters who interpreted it to mean that Judge Sullivan wanted Flynn to retract his guilty plea, which would have left the judge free to attack the prosecution. A lot of what was going on was the judge making clear to Flynn that his plea deal was not certain to clear him from a harsh sentence.
In the end the prosecutor joined the “defence” to defend Flynn from the judge.
Flynn is certainly caught between a rock and a hard place.

IMO, you are on the wrong side of this, lodi90. Flynn could not fight this, very few people can. All the unlimited resources of the Government brought to bear on a private citizen with limited resources.
This process has bankrupted Flynn. He had no recourse. He had to cut a deal.
Seriously. Every single person in this country who cares about the danger of government tyranny and the rejection of selective prosecution for political purposes should be on the side of Michael Flynn.
Agree. Judge is trying to lead Flynn to water but he won't drink. Perhaps his lawyers will partake for him.

Nope..Flynn is cooked!! Otherwise the judge would have ruled in flynn’s favor today..you would think after what the swamp pulled giving the judge a heavy redacted fake 302! The fix is in!! This judge is another narcissist who loves the attention and power or probably got blackmailed by the swamp!
