The judge was giving all the signs that he was going to sentence Flynn to prison time. Gave him a chance to postpone to maximize his cooperation.

The Deep State wants Flynn up in the air like this, and forced to work with Mueller. They are desperate.
This Clinton Judge is doing exactly what he is told to do.
The judge made the ‘traitor’ comment by linking Flynn being an unregistered ‘foreign agent’ for which his two business partners were just accused of, during his time as White House National Security Advisor. The judge later ‘reclamaed’ his statement by saying that he ‘mis-spoke’ and further stated that Flynn’s business with Turkey ended in 2016 before his association with the Trump campaign and being in Trump’s White House team after the election. (I think I’ve got this correct)

It was Flynn’s lawyers that asked for a delay once they realized what the judge is getting at.
Certainly, dragging this on and on and on is cruel punishment; there is nothing speedy about delaying the sentencing portion of Flynn's trial over and over and over.

I think Flynn is a broken man. He tried to do what almost everyone in D.C. does...cash in a little bit (Turkey)...but by allying himself with Trump he made huge enemies of some very ruthless people.
And I suspect now that the blinders (which we all have) were violently ripped off...he’s a bit disillusioned about the country he served for so long. I think he just wants out to go sit by a stream and think for a few years. He wants a small, simple life now.
It’s all toward maximizing Flynn’s continued involvement in taking down PDJT.... I guess they call it “cooperation.”
Apparently “Judge” Sullivan never upbraided the FBI for withholding evidence or any other misdeed.

No, it's very bad news. It's in exchange for more cooperation with Mueller. Also, the judge was very derogatory toward Flynn.

Do we assume that there’s compelling evidence that Flynn and his son guilty of WAY WORSE CRIMES? I hate to see good people persecuted but I think in terms of evidence, not personalities.
I apply this to Hillary and others in her camp. Looks like the evidence is there that laws were broken. Why aren’t they prosecuted?
My conclusion: things are going on that we cannot see.
I agree this is a very strange case. It does make you wonder what's going on with Flynn. I really thought this was going to be over and done with today.
The judge did apologized to Flynn for saying that he was a traitor after he found out more information that Flynn ended his role with Turkey In 2016. Daily Beast will run with it without making a correction

I don’t understand why they don’t all just claim this is the result of a poisoned tree. The Mueller investigation was birthed under false evidence, why does anything that follows have merit?
