They have standing because we guarantee a deportation process. That is the problem. If you are caught with no papers you shouldn’t get a hearing. Just taken back immediately. Once you set up a legal process they have to be given access to that process.

I was in Vienna having dinner with friends. We walked back to their place. The cops swooped on a guy on the other side of the street. He had no papers. I asked, what will they do. Was told to the airport and flown back to his country. No hearing.

Judge Sullivan, a Clinton appointee, said something we liked years and years ago.

Now, he has totally lost his judicial temperament and ability to make clear, lawful rulings. Perhaps he’s no worse than other liberal, activist judges - but certainly he’s no better.

No, not appealed! An appeal gives tacit acceptance that the ruling had any basis at all. This Judge must be told to pound sand! President Trump must not even acknowledge the Judge at all. There has been precedent in the past.

Courts also have limited power to implement the decisions that they make. For example, if the president or another member of the executive branch chooses to ignore a ruling, there is very little that the federal courts can do about it.

For example, the Supreme Court ruled against the removal of the Cherokee from their native lands in 1831. President Andrew Jackson disagreed. He proceeded with the removal of the Cherokee, and the Supreme Court was powerless to enforce its decision.

Call it a pocket video against the Judicial branch. If it works for Congress, it will work for the Judicial. If the use it for grounds for Impeachment it cannot stand with an ironclad precedent from the first Democrat President

The executive branch doesn’t seem to be at all interested in claiming its authority over immigration policy.

That was exactly my point. They’re emboldened BECAUSE the administration, time and again, simply follows their edicts. This should have been stopped ages ago (like the Mueller investigation, for that matter) but no one seems at all interested in stopping it.

We are no longer self-governing. We are allowed to vote. It is a placebo that feels good every two years, as if pols actually give a rip about defending our nation.

After a 50+ year history of never missing an election. I’m about ready to call it quits, although I expect to at least vote for PDJT in 2020.

By my estimate there are only two major institutions, both federal, and both temporary, that the Left does not control.

First is the Electoral College, which the Left may conquer or neuter within a few years.

Second is an Article V Convention of the States, which I believe is our last refuge to possibly save our republic.
