The Savage Weiner is a fruitcake full stop.
I haven’t listened to him in a long while, but I heard him ‘advertising’ his podcasts.
Another talkshow I listen to is the Phil Valentine show out of Nashville. About a year ago, his program started spreading to many new Westwood One stations and his syndication increased significantly. Recently, however, he is being relegated to podcasts in early January — except for his flagship station in Nashville.
I was wondering whether it was Westwood or what the deal was. Are they relegating some of the ‘old’ talkers to podcasts? It seems difficult enough to establish a following on talk radio, especially now with so much competition. Newer is not always better.
I frequently deprive him of his First Amendment Rights...by changing the station.

The rare occasions I’ve been able to tolerate him, his second and third hours have been carbon copies of the first hour.
all this criticism of Savage is criticism of all his Trump-voting listeners! how weird.
All Been Shapiro does on WABC is talk really fast, never take any calls, no guests. That’s not good radio. I’ll be listening to the new Savage podcast.
I agree. I’m an on-again, off-again fan of Savage.
But I don’t want to repetitive stuff. Actually Savage is far more entertaining when he’s not talking politics.
I listen to everything by MP3 / podcast nowadays. It’s so convenient since you can skip the ads.
My favorite is Scott Adams. I also like the Kuhner-man in Boston and an occasional Jordan Peterson.
There are so many choices. I hear that podcasts are on the upswing and we may see a Spotify like service coming.
This will be great for the MAGA movement.
He’s on out here on the East Coast on WABC 77 AM. I don’t listen to him. He’s a ranting blowhard who loves tooting his own horn. “The Great I Am’’ as the Irish would say.
I just watched Jordan Peterson in a recent interview on a set with three Swedes. It was marvelous watching them be dumbfounded.
Found it. Two Swedes and a Norwegian, close enough.
It was hilarious watching their expectations be dashed and their conventional Leftist wisdom shown to be based on sand.
Well, he never dominated anything here in S.E. Michigan.
My biggest beef with Savage was his constantly calling the others in his trade names, trying to get into a verbal war with them. And I think what really pissed him off was the fact they ignored him
I remember when he took over Hannity's 3-5 pm slot on WJR here in Detroit. He constantly bragged how Hannity was dropped in favor of him. The truth was, Hannity switched to Salem Communications which promptly put him in a 3 hour time slot, 3-6 pm, on both their AM station WDTK and the Patriot 101.5 FM.....
Savage has since been dropped to the 11:00 PM - 1:00 AM red eye slot in favor of a useless local ex-television news reader named Guy Gordon, which certainly doesn't substantiate Savage's radio "DOMINANCE".........

I don’t listen to Savage that much; he is time-delayed to night here. But I did hear him say about a year ago that he “would not always be here” or something to that effect.
And, if people still want to listen to him, his podcast will soar.
Who on earth can listen to Ben Shapiro for an hour, much less three?

And it’s apparent that you don’t listen to him.
He’s been on rants against President Trump all because the President didn’t bow down to “his greatness” and the clains that HE singlehandedly got the President elected. “I should have been given a position in this administration for all the hard work I’ve done whaa, whaa, whaa”.
Then there are his childish name-calling rants against other talkshow hosts because they didn’t say hello to him in the hallway, or didn’t mention him in their opening monologue, or didn’t dedicate a whole show to him every three weeks when a new book of his comes out.
And more than likely he didn’t sway a single voter to vote for or against President Trump.
