You just know the liberal media hated it when President Trump and First Lady Melania made a Christmas visit to the troops in Iraq. So CNN went into damage control this morning, doing its best to dump disparaging cold water on the trip.
On New Day, it was repeatedly mentioned that this was Trump's first visit to troops in a combat zone, with intimations it was done to deflect attention from the resignation of Jim Mattis and the withdrawal from Syria. Multiple references were also made to Melania having worn sunglasses at night upon her return. Although the commentators concurred that she shouldn't be criticized over it, if the shades were such a non-event, why did three panelists mention them? Particularly egregious was Brian Karem declaring "I forgive" Melania for the sunglasses. I'm sure the First Lady will be greatly relieved to receive Karem's absolution.

Envy, bitterness, pride, jealousy, hatred. All characteristics CNN should advertise as coming from their broadcasts.
But he hid in the WH all alone, “poor me” or never visited the troops.
Or he did.
Or he did, and his wife was with him, but she’s a yuck.
Or...
Get over yourself NBC, CNN and other nuz outlets.
Every time a bell rings, pundits lose their minds. ~ It’s a wonderful life.
So when f*ckface bammy turned the military into a social experiment, and NASA into m*slim outreach that wasn’t political?

Every woman knows why Melania was wearing sunglasses. When a woman has been traveling for 24 hours straight, your eyes are puffy, swollen and just plain tired-looking. Melania didn’t re-apply her make-up because she was coming home to go to bed. Knowing there would be cameras everywhere, no woman wants that picture to haunt them forever. Especially someone as beautiful as our beloved First Lady. CNN women are not stupid, they are just plain hateful & mean. Simply put: They are bullies.
