The Inevitability of Impeachment
Even Republicans may be deciding that the president has become too great a burden to their party or too great a danger to the country.

An impeachment process against President Trump now seems inescapable. Unless the president resigns, the pressure by the public on the Democratic leaders to begin an impeachment process next year will only increase. Too many people think in terms of stasis: How things are is how they will remain. They dont take into account that opinion moves with events.
Whether or not theres already enough evidence to impeach Mr. Trump I think there is we will learn what the special counsel, Robert Mueller, has found, even if his investigation is cut short. A significant number of Republican candidates didnt want to run with Mr. Trump in the midterms, and the results of those elections didnt exactly strengthen his standing within his party. His political status, weak for some time, is now hurtling downhill.
The midterms were followed by new revelations in criminal investigations of once-close advisers as well as new scandals involving Mr. Trump himself. The odor of personal corruption on the presidents part perhaps affecting his foreign policy grew stronger. Then the events of the past several days the presidents precipitous decision to pull American troops out of Syria, Secretary of Defense Jim Mattiss abrupt resignation, the swoon in the stock market, the pointless shutdown of parts of the government instilled a new sense of alarm among many Republicans.

Go buy some lottery tickets - the odds are better.
Oh, sheesh...drinking too much again, Liz...especially of DC sewer
Kids, this is your brain on crack...
Winning an election is grounds for impeachment among the snowflake class.
Everyone she knows hates Trump. Therefore, everyone hates Trump.
The Inevitability of Civil War.
Journalists first.
You’d get the impression that, as in parliamentary governments, a no-confidence vote suffices to remove the head of government. Sadly for the left, the only popularity vote Trump needs or needed to win took place in 2016.
An impeachment is nothing more than an indictment, and for there to be a trial, there have to be high crimes and misdemeanors. The Dems are pulling wool over the eyes of TDS-ers, and it’s half cotton.
Since Liz wants to have guilt by association, then Liz is a lying, corrupt and unethical person who shouldn’t be believed or listened to — because she is associated with the NYTs.
Members of the GOP, the stupid party, will read this and crack under the pressure.
Total b/s. Best election, best POTUS, evah!

They’re not journalists. They are fake journalists.
But I get your point.
These kinds of leftists have no interest in a Republic, the Constitution or the rule of law. They simply want a leftist dictator for life or perhaps mob rule. Either of which will lead to over a 100 million deaths in the US alone and the beginning of a very long, new, dark age for humanity. The amount of suffering and death would shock even a holocaust survivor.
Best election, best POTUS, evah!

Agree, but then there’s the GOP which cannot be trusted.
Revolt coming if so.
Probably bloody too.
Somebody please tell this broad.
Call GOP and tell them too.
Of course they will just take it as a death threat.
Leftist fantasy. The economy is rocking, national security has been vastly improved. The left is frantic, literally frantic to try to find something, anything to stop or even slow down President Trump.
Go for it.
It didnt hurt Clinton. And it wont hurt Trump.
The President has a solid support base. This is fake news wishful thinking.
Is Elizabeth Drew an alcoholic? Should someone with a drinking problem be a journalist? Investigate!!
