she would have netted $2334.00/ month after taxes,
her mortgage payment was likely around $1600/month,
that leaves $734 / month to pay for MAINTENANCE for the condo,
+ utilities (nearly $100/month)
+ food, cell phone, subway, (minimum $100/month just to go to and from work 5 days / week), and dry-cleaning and laundry,
and Obamacare payment, unless she got health insurance from work, ....
unless she had a room mate paying her huge “rent” to cover part of the condo mortgage and monthly maintenance, she’s AN IDIOT.
I have met several Nigerians getting advanced degrees in the US working towards returning home and getting into management in Nigeria, especially foreign oil companies. They had what the author does not, the ability to see opportunity and the willingness to work towards their goals.

A friend in a government job described how Hispanic men were quietly being removed from the “preferred victims” list for affirmative action hiring; they were getting almost all of the set-aside positions on their own merits. They ARE replacing blacks in the workplace, while the departments and companies are protected from lawsuits because they have the correct proportion of “disadvantaged” people on the payroll.
The open border is bad for everyone, but blacks probably see the worst effects.
