Fertility rates for white women were down in every US state in 2017 - below the rate needed for the population to replace itself, a new report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reveals.

There are two methods of measuring fertility rate and this article uses the one based on all women, the average number of births per woman based on all women.

The other method is measured as the number of birth per 1000 of women aged 15-44 with 15-44 being the biological reproductive age.

Have no fear, manufacturers of cribs, diapers, and bomb vests! There is one segment of the population that is growing rapidly. It is the one that allows (in defiance of US law) a man to fertilize infinite numbers of women, starting with his 4 “wives,” his concubines, and whatever he can rape.
