I don’t approve of Trumps shutdown. It is not enough. Shut more down. Clinton shut got rid of the Department of Commerce. What agency will Trump get rid of?

Trump doesn’t care about his poll numbers on a day to day basis. He likely won’t even look until August 2020.
But slap an abysmal 33% approval for how Dims are handling a singular event/issue, their Blue Wall will not only crack, it will completely crumble.

There have been rumors that somehow, the operations of the Federal Government are somehow hampered by a disagreement about funding. Bureaucracies exist separate and apart from any elected officials, and in their self-perpetuating state, they have many resources to draw upon, maintaining their status regardless of political decisions or posturings made at places and by persons remote from themselves.
I do not weep for those temporarily at something of a loose end in their personal lives, they shall recover just as soon as those, who are so far removed from the minions of the bureaucracy as to be almost in another universe, have made an accommodation within the sphere of legislation and executive power.
Trump, the indomitable force of nature, has come up against the ravishing reefs of resistance and sheer human cussedness in the House and Senate Democrat leadership, and whatever defense this once formidable immovable object presented, is eroding away.
Trump will go over, under, around or just right straight through this obstruction, and the Democrats may never know what hit them.
I have faith.
