Buscemi's a lefty loon, but he usually keeps out of the fray. Very sad for him. After 32 years of marriage (an anomaly in that world), 65 is too young to lose one's partner.

She probably didn't tip either.
Too soon? Oh, well.
Seriesly, that is too young these days.
To: Magnatron
Never heard of him or her but damn 65 is young!
Prayers for the family irrespective of politics.

I don’t know anything about his politics but I do know he was FDNY and after 911 he came back to his old Manhattan station and dug through rubble looking for remains.

Well said. Buscemi may have disagreeable views, but he doesnt try and shove them down your throat, unlike 99% of Hellywood Marxists.

He’s a great character actor. “Armageddon”, “Mr. Deeds”, etc.

My favorite is Reservoir Dogs, as Mr. Pink.

Maybe so about his politics. But immediately after the World Trade Center on 9/11 he was en route to his old fire station to volunteer to help. He worked practically nonstop with his brother firefighters, and refused to pose for pictures (but some do exist).
Buscemi has rare honor and sense of duty. That can't be overlooked.

Steve Buscemi used to be a NYC firefighter. Then he went to hollywood and became an actor.
He’s funny. I’m sure he’s said some political garbage.. but who out there hasn’t ?
What’s important is that his old firehouse in NYC lost just about everyone on 9/11. He quit acting and became a NYC firefighter again. Full time. No BS. He stopped acting and went back to the firehouse. No special treatment - same hours, pay and shifts.
That’s gotta mean something.

She probably didn't tip either. Reckon she had her fill of being called Mrs. Pink.

I love this man's acting.
A true one of a kind.
Sure he's a liberal, and who in NYC and Hollywood ISN'T?
But the man walked the walk.
Gotta give him props.
O/T but WHY would a FDNY member EVER be a liberal?
He must have seen some s**t.
That's why most cops and FD are "conservative".
They've seen some s**t.

What a pretty lady. They seem like normal people, which is refreshing.
I’m mostly a fan of Buscemi’s from Boardwalk Empire and Sopranos role as well as some films.
I wish him peace.

He did a good job playing the lead in “Boardwalk Empire” as
Enoch ‘Nucky’ Thompson.
