In the Constitution, non-taxed Indians are not counted. So did he also rule, that we should stop counting Indians that don’t pay taxes?

No authority. Judicial tyrants aren’t in charge of the census.
Fight this to the Supreme Court!!! OUR Representatives are supposed to be representing US -— American Citizens -— NOT illegal aliens. Illegals shouldn’t even count in the census unless the Census Bureau is making a list for ICE and Border Patrol to round them up and send them home. I don’t want my vote or my representation diluted by the desires or even the mere presence of illegals here.

What law has changed overtime that would make it illegal to ask whether or not one is a citizen on the 2020 census form?
That’s literally the only question that should be on the census. ‘Are you and American citizen. Yes or no’
The decision is simply a leftist judge’s attempt to cover up the true measure of “illegal aliens” in the U.S. as well as “legal resident aliens” (who would have nothing to fear from the Census).
It will be overturned by the Supreme Court, esp. if the Census Bureau rewrites some of the “objectionable” questions into clearer and constitutionally allowed terms.
Another Obama leftist cheating America out of knowing who is in the country, one way or another.
The Administrative Peocesure Act has become the favorite tool of the “judicial resistance.” They used the same reasoning with DACA.
The question will be on the census, one way or the other.

One thing’s different. This is outside the jurisdiction of the 9th Circus. NY is a prestigious venue. The 2nd Circuit might just care to protect its reputation and follow the law.
