BuzzFeed News has obtained files that the news outlet says contradict President Trump's personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani's recent claims that there were "no plans" drawn up for Trump Tower Moscow.
The online outlet reported on the files on Tuesday, after Giuliani in a New Yorker interview claimed that plans for Trump Tower Moscow did not extend beyond "a letter of intent."
"The only thing that ever happened was that [Trump's team] submitted a letter of intent about a possible project in Moscow that never went beyond that," Giuliani said. "No money was ever paid, no plans were ever made. There were no drafts. Nothing in the file. Nothing ever happened to it."
The Moscow talks did result in what is known as a letter of intent a nonbinding agreement that laid the groundwork for formal discussions about the project which was previously published by CNN.
But other documents show that plans for Trump Tower Moscow were laid out by a number of different players, according to Buzzfeed News.
Buzzfeed News reported documents the outlet has obtained over more than a year of reporting show that architects and developers drew up detailed plans for a possible Trump Tower Moscow.
A New York-based architect in 2015 completed plans for how the Russian property could look, imagining a building that could have been 100 stories high with prominent Trump logos, according to documents obtained by Buzzfeed News. The architect was in contact with Trump's then-attorney Michael Cohen.
According to a letter of intent signed by Trump in September 2015, Trump Tower Moscow would hold approximately 250 first class, luxury residential condominiums," the online outlet reported.
A local developer was going to build Trump Tower Moscow, which could have included a spa and fitness facility dubbed The Spa By Ivanka Trump," according to Buzzfeed.
ETC...
So what? We knew he was thinking of building a Moscow tower. What does that prove?
Just remember the kind of person Hussein44 is... when 2 out of 3 women can hold a fish without gloves.
They are intentionally confusing a conceptual drawing with architectural plans.
A conceptual drawing is a cartoon. Architectural plans are the detailed drawings, including engineering calculations, necessary to actually build the structure.
There is a huge difference and no developer would confuse one with the other.
Democrapper Adam Schiff has his whole political career built on Trump’s Russian connections (if any).
Schiff went on TV almost 300 times to push the fairy tale.
Two Russian comics call him and tell the salivating Schiff they have compromising info about Pres Trump.
And stupid Schiff falls for it..... hook line and sinker.
This is the hilarious password the callers to Schiff told him was Flynns password for meeting with Russians.
Weather Is Good on Deribasovskaya, It Rains Again on Brighton Beach.
To fully appreciate the hilarity of this prank one must know about the 1992 film:

I was assigned to the State Departments Office of Foreign Buildings for two years. We were involved with working with some of the best architectural firms in the country building new embassies and consulates abroad.
It is a lengthy and involved process starting from site acquisition to the selection of an architect, design development and approval, the obtaining of funding, and then drawing up the detailed building plans. It takes years.
I doubt there was even a site acquisition. There was probably some architectural concept drawings and a possible mock-up. Actual building drawings would cost millions of dollars for the kind of building they were discussing. Those kinds of major costs would not be expended without a firm deal in hand and the funding secured.
<><> the bogus dossier was handed off by Fusion GPS employee, Nellie Ohr, to her husband, DOJ official Bruce Ohr,
<><> with a sprinkle of DNC fairy dust, the dossier became the "real thing"....
<><> the basis of Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants,
<><> specifically targeting Trump campaign adviser, Carter Page,
<><> signed off by the Obama administration,
<><> high mucky-muck FBI director James Comey and deputy, Andrew McCabe jumped in feet-first,
Wow. Aint this a shocker? Ohr was later (cough) "demoted" over his involvement.
Former Secret Service agent Dan Bonginos explosive new book (with D.C. McAllister), Spygate: The Attempted Sabotage of Donald J. Trump, spotlights the lefts broken trust with the American people and the blatant criminality of the Obama/Clinton Deep State. Since the moment Donald J. Trump and his wife Melania glided down the Trump Tower escalator into history, the Democrats and the allies in the Deep State have been committed to crushing him. For Trump, it was obvious that draining the swamp was never going to be easy because everything possible would be done to disguise and protect the illegal activities of the Obama/Clinton administration. But who thought they would go this far?
Bongino has painted a highly detailed account of how the Obama administration criminalized our intelligence communities as well as other government agencies to stop Trump, and when that didnt work to try and bring down the president of the United States (Excerpt) Read more at americanthinker.com ...

ANALYSIS Bongino's book "Spygate" paints a highly detailed account of the Obama govt's MO to stop candidate Trump:
<><> how the Obama administration criminalized the US intel apparat,
<><> how Obama criminalized other crucial govt agencies.
DEMOCRAP AGITA Trump was elected despite these efforts.
Obama had to work fast to bring down the new President of the United States.
That explains the goofy, OMG! look on the Halfrican's face when he met Pres-elect Trump.
All the dirt Hillary was expected to sweep under the rug, was now in the hands of the man Obama tried to destroy.
Who cares? Trump started talks for a Moscow tower in 1996!
Welp, pack it up boys, they got him.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Trump was a candidate until Nov 6, 2016. UNTIL then, he had EVERY RIGHT to run his business affairs as he saw fit & as he always had done.
IF he was contemplating building a Trump Tower in Russia -—GOOD FOR HIM.
He should be free to do anything like that he wished to to as long s he was a CANDIDATE.
I don’t see anywhere that was out of bounds.
Even if the plans were drawn up, it doesn’t mean that Russia every saw them.
Preliminary drawings can be for in house use rather than provided to others.
Trump’s people needed to see some rough drafts as part of the review process, if they should seek to go forward.
Who gives a crap?
Donald Trump was a businessman and private citizen at the time, and the project did not go forward anyway.
Donald Trump was a businessman and private citizen at the time, and the project did not go forward anyway.
That's right !
Hell, a smirk (on the wrong face) is an capital offense to them!
There are STILL people reporting on ANYTHING BuzzFeed has to say, GIVE ME A DAMN BREAK!!! You cant fix STUPID!!!
Even with detailed plans, another plan is required to actually build it or something close.
