A lot of friction in the LGBTQ crowd (no pun intended). For instance, most of them dislike Bisexuals being part of the grouping, particularly since Bisexual designates two genders. Lesbians and gay males accuse each other of stealing the LGBTQ spotlight.

This lesbian agrees that a mutilated man is not a woman. The particular issue is mutilated men muscling in on the lesbian's territory.
Calling the mutilated men "men's rights activists" isn't accurate, but they are (genetically) men and they are activists for their own alleged rights.
Also "men's rights activist" is a term of abuse in feminist circles, like calling someone a "fascist".

As a straight, white, Conservative I applaud her! Men pretending to be women ARE erasing women from WOMEN’S sports, and men wearing dresses are eroding and invading women’s rights to be comfortable and safe in their single sex, female gender specific locker rooms and bathrooms. Trans-exclusionary radical feminism (or TERF) is a subgroup of radical feminism characterized by transphobia, especially transmisogyny, and hostility to the third wave of feminism. The phrase and acronym were coined by tigtog in 2008 in order to delineate the parts of radical feminism that she thought were ideologically transphobic.
TERFs believe that the only real women are those born with a vagina and XX chromosomes. They wish to completely enforce the classic gender binary, supporting gender essentialism.
The term "TERF" is not usually used by those in the group, who consider it a slur, and think of themselves as radical feminists (and, indeed, the only thing that should be called "feminism"). Notwithstanding, some radical feminists, second wave feminists, and lesbian feminists/political lesbians (groups known to contain TERFs) have spoken out against transphobia and transmisogyny within their ranks.
At times, these folk confuse me....
Shouldn’t the lesbian types be good with a guy wanting to be a girl or a girl wanting to be a guy because that’s what they want anyway, or is it jealousy?

Got bored doing dentistry, so I started fooling around with my assistant and she gave me VD, so now I was Fred Johnson, MD, DDS, with VD.
Well, the ADA found out about the VD, so they took away my DDS.
Then I was Fred Johnson, MD, with VD.
Then the AMA found out about the ADA taking away my DDS because of the VD, so they took away my MD leaving me as Fred Johnson with VD.
Then the VD took away my Johnson, so now I am Just Fred.'
