There was actually a report from some agency today that pointed out the obvious, which is that the guns used in these killings are virtually all illegally obtained.
Most of these children and young people are killed in black neighborhoods where the gangs and wannabe gangbangers rule, and believe me, those creeps are not purchasing their guns legally. The thing to do is to crack down on these people when they are found in possession of illegal weapons, but places like New York City are actually just citing them and letting them go because DeBlasio says they arrest too many blacks and this is just a quality of life crime...but blacks kill too many blacks, and I hope at some point we will have a black politician who will come out and say this.

As far as SCOTUS is concerned a decision they handed down in 2016 gives me some hope.In the case of Caetano v Massachusetts SCOTUS struck down,in a 9-0 decision,a ruling by the Massachusetts state Supreme Court (referred to as the "Supreme Judicial Court") which blatantly,and despicably,infringed on the 2nd Amendment rights of residents of the Gay State.
