I raised the angel theory.
It wasn’t my intention to stat God definitely intervened, but there’s no reason to think He couldn’t have. God knows the past and the future. Perhaps this child will do something later in life that is important to the overall scheme of things.
Perhaps it’s as you said and just dumb luck prevailed.
There’s no reason to deny that God may have had a hand in this.
Satan doesn’t rescue little kids. If something good happened, it wasn’t because of him.
Somehow this kid made it through and that’s a good thing. Satan doesn’t do good things.
For your review...
the post above
Yes, of course. The old gray haired man in outer space saw the child. Then he sent a secret telepathic message, taking over a wild beasts mind and directed it to go cuddle the child in its bosom. It kept the child warm and then after three days, the bear placed the child in a bushy patch of thorns, and told him to start calling for his mommy.
That is the story you want us to believe.
Satan doesnt do good things.
I agree, but in the overall scheme of things, we are all sinners.
Some folks put more effort into it though. Smile...
Heh. You might want to carefully reread my post.
I understood your point. I agree with it.
Still, all in all we are all sinners. Some of us try to live good lives and still sin, and others put a lot of effort into sinning.
Perhaps you don’t think this is germane. That’s okay.
How many nights?
The Lord was with him.
So far, in the multiple threads on this situation, you’ve called the grandmother a liar. You’ve called the grandmother a drunk. You’ve called the little boy a liar. You’ve called the little boy stupid...
What else can you tell us about the family?
What would you say about a family that leaves their three year old in the care of an old woman who allows the child to play, unsupervised, near the woods that are, by your accounts, teeming with bears?
Would you suggest that would be a situation where you would trust your three year old?
My guess is you are sane, so I will answer for you. No...no sane person would allow their child in that situation.
God gave us brains. You might want to start using yours, and stop looking at this world as if it is a Hallmark movie or Disney cartoon. This child is lucky to be alive. And you want to think its cute.
You might need to read the whole story about what happened...The child was playing with two cousins. They went in the house and thought the boy went with them...It was a short time when the grandmother noticed him gone and went looking for him...When she didn’t find him, she called for help...
After two tours in Vietnam and being raised on the edge of the Smoky Mtns, I can promise you that I don’t see any movies or cartoons as the world...
Yes, the child is very lucky to be alive...I don’t think it’s “cute”...I think it’s amazing...
BTW, your sarcasm of God says a lot about what kind of person you are...
Thats the best you have?
My understanding of God is just fine.
The story makes no sense. Where were the other two when the kid walked away. How long is a little while?
My guess is the two cousins blew this kid off (as cousins are sometimes likely to do) and this old woman was watching her favorite story on TV. The thing is that no one was watching this kid.
My guess is that it wasnt a little while, it was probably a couple of hours.
