Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz on Thursday said the Department of Justice’s discussions to employ the 25th Amendment to oust President Trump-- if true-- amounted to a coup.
Dershowitz appeared on Fox News’ “Tuck Carlson Tonight,” to give his take on former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe’s descriptions of Justice Department meetings where he said officials discussed ousting the president.
Evoking the 25th Amendment, Dershowitz said, would a fundamental misuse of its original purpose. It was originally “about Woodrow Wilson having a stroke. It’s about a president being shot and not being able to perform his office,” Dershowitz added.

Truth is that Trump has exposed the whole cabal within the GOP and Dems...
This latest deal shows how they all are owned by interest that want to see America fundamentally changed, and that’s why they never truly went after Obama during the election cycles or his presidency.
Forget the “ race card” this was all about them getting rich and us seeing the decline / destruction of the American way of life....
You can tell from the reactions on both sides re a shutdown that doesn’t really affect essential service but is painted as a catastrophe.
Truth is probably a great number of those workers are relatives/friends other relationships that get $$$ into their pockets so the threat of us seeing how scaled down it really could be is a threat to their well being...

JFK was a coup that worked. And Nixon was deposed by the FBI. That’s why they are so bold today. In living memory the FBI/CIA has removed 2 presidents.
If Trump goes, Pence is there. Pence can just appoint someone else for VP and so on and so on. They would never be able to get to Pelosi.

The Senate would never approve of Pelosi.
If no VP got the majorities, there's no approving of Pelosi. She's next in line. The dems in the House would have every incentive to NOT replace the VP. They will have constitutionally usurped the Presidency.
