And your own chart showed almost all the states beating out Florida, for that matter, on the metric that you chose to profile by, which is percentage.
I might not even be all that concerned about Delaware, if it is still the national capital of business incorporation, meaning a whole lot of cumulative taxes. Percentage of WHAT needs to be accounted for.

There are more than one way to “speak” into your cranium. It was supposed to be used to get the enemy (primary target was muslim fighters) to lay down their weapons and get others to do the same. But the CIA Deep State got hold of one or more versions of it and has used it for nefarious purposes. They generally choose people that already have “issues” and amplify them and direct them to do the dirty deed. The primary effort has been an attack on the 2nd amendment, but there have been several uses for false flag and media diversionary attacks. Expect this to ramp up as Nov 2020 approaches. A patsy with no fingerprints; a CIA dream.
That is the first thing I thought of as I began reading the article.
The CIA secret ops have had lots of time and lots of money perfecting things we probably have no inkling about.
Actually, demons is what most of the crazy stuff going on in the country is about.
The CIA spent more than a decade on mind control on dozens, maybe hundreds of victims. This involved electric shocks, giving LSD, and countless other sick experiments.
They had hookers seduce John’s to do the tests on, and one jumped out a window.
Guess what. Not one CIA piece of trash was ever charged for anything. People would probably say this was the most ridiculous thing ever if there were not Congress hearings on this.
