Republican Rep. Devin Nunes sent a criminal-referral notification to Attorney General William Barr on Thursday alleging several “potential violations” of the law... alleged misconduct during the FBI’s investigation into Russian meddling and contacts with Trump advisers during the 2016 campaign. The referrals stem from the investigation conducted by the House Intelligence Committee when Republicans held the House majority.

Perhaps someone more familiar with such actions than I am can explain the significance of this in terms of what action is then required by Barr. The decision to prosecute or not is his, but is he then obligated to explain why he chooses not to, if that is the decision made?
Oh, man - if it's really happening, if they can really take down the "deep state" or whatever it is that's been driving this nation to the edge of the cliff - we need to get down on our knees and thank the Lord.

After fifty years of watching the Kennedys, Clintons, Kerry’s, Obamas, et al. get away with treason, murder and graft I’m very skeptical that the democrats and their media whores won’t squirm out of even this. That being said, if the sh!t ever finally hit the fan for the democrats this is how the beginning of it would look.

We hope so. But dems have an unreasonable ability to skate.
