Washington (CNN)George Conway, husband of top White House aide Kellyanne Conway, called for Congress to remove President Donald Trump from office following the release of the redacted special counsel report.
"White House counsel John Dean famously told (President Richard) Nixon that there was a cancer within the presidency and that it was growing," Conway wrote in a Washington Post op-ed published Thursday night. "What the Mueller report disturbingly shows, with crystal clarity, is that today there is a cancer in the presidency:
President Donald J. Trump. Congress now bears the solemn constitutional duty to excise that cancer without delay." As the husband of one of Trump's top surrogates, and someone who once wanted to work in the administration, Conway has emerged as extremely unlikely critic of the President. He wrote in an op-ed last month that Trump was "guilty beyond a reasonable doubt" of being unfit for office.
Conway argued in his op-ed that counter to Trump's claims, special counsel Robert Mueller had not "exonerated" him and that it was time for Congress to step in.

Kellyanne was mighty in her own right before the advent of George Conway.
She’s always excusing his rude behavior. She needs to read him the riot act.
I presume she wants to keep her marriage private as possible, but he can’t simply hate Trump at home, he’s publicly undermining her.
Clueless George has reading comprehension issues.
Isn’t clueless George supposed to be a lawyer or something? And yet he missed the part about there needing to be an underlying crime in order to obstruct justice.
I am with you Pinkbell, he would have been long gone. How can she continue to allow for him to continually humiliate her is beyond me.

George Conway is not an adult. He is a little kid. He reminds me of the kid who would blow up his paper lunch bad and pop it in class. The teacher would run him down to the principal to get swats and come back with a big grin on his face. Later, he would do it again.
George should look at his own mental unbalance. It is worse than any cancer. In the past, he would have been picked up and put in a straight jacket.

I wouldn’t tolerate this idiot either. First time he’d have attempted to undermine me in public, I would have slammed him with my favorite garden implement. If that didn’t work, there’s always the pruning shears.
My thoughts exactly. Kellyanne, let me take you away from that unappreciative slob of a husband and show you how much happier you could be.
Problem is that she is a true old line Catholic and doesn’t believe in divorce.
