Judicial Watch Scores a Victory Over Antifa Organizer, Who is Also a Middle School Teacher

Government watchdog Judicial Watch recently scored a legal victory over members of Antifa, a leftist anarchist group.

Antifa organizer and middle school teacher (!) Yvette Felarca, in addition to two of her comrades, has been ordered by a federal judge to pay a total of $26,000 in legal fees. The order came after Felarca filed a lawsuit against Judicial Watch and lost.

"Felarca had sued the BUSD [ Berkeley Unified School District] in federal court to keep the school district from fulfilling its legal obligation to provide Judicial Watch with records of their communications mentioning: Felarca, Antifa, and/or BAMN. Judicial Watch also asked for Felarca’s personnel file," Judicial Watch released Tuesday. "Felarca is a prominent figure in By Any Means Necessary (BAMN), a group founded by the Marxist Revolutionary Workers League that protests conservative speaking engagements. In 2016, Felarca and two of her allies were arrested and charged with several crimes, including felony assault, for inciting a riot in Sacramento. Earlier this year, Felarca was ordered to stand trial for assault."

This is the sort of "indoctirator" that gets hired for middle school in calatinofornia. Pretty dang sad. She needs some serious jail time. Then again, with her type, it would only fuel her rage and provide further proof of the oppression she's suffered.

Yvette Felarca is one example of why we need the Second Amendment, why we should thank God for having it, and why any attempt to expunge it from the Constitution will be the signal for CWII to start.

Calling her “Antifa” takes the focus off the target, which is BAMN. They are a cult. The attorney who often represents BAMN, Shanta Driver, is part of the cult.

There is an old newspaper maxim that goes “Don't start a war of words with people that buy ink by the barrel.” Apparently these antifa activists learned that there is a corollary regarding suing people who sue governments for a living.

Those who use violence to accomplish illegal political goals are terrorists. They should be shot in self-defense or imprisoned for life. No exceptions.

I guess that I miss the problem here. It’s a government school, the teachers are paid by the government, they answer to the government. Parents may not like it, but they really have no say in how these facilities are operated, since they are NOT the customers of the teachers or administrators there.

In the last 15 years Democrats in California repealed their laws against Communists teaching in the schools as well as sedition being taught in the schools.

The DNC is a Communist front.

She actually got off easy. But, in principle- it’s a win.

“Judicial Watch initially argued that the organization was entitled to more than $317,850 in attorney’s fees and $8,309 in litigation costs from Felarca, Nixon and Stefl. Chhabria reduced the amount to $22,000 in attorney’s fees (Felarca is responsible for $20,000; the other two must pay $1,000 each) and $4,000 in litigation costs.”
