“The Mueller team is fighting back against the Stone team and arguing that it is not necessary to see the documents that support that Russia hacked the DNC”. Hmmmm, interesting response. You don’t NEED to see the evidence that may exonerate you (since it’s all about exoneration, just “take our work”. You’d think that high power lawyers in the FBI/DOJ would understand the rules of evidence.

Anyone who bothered to dig into this knew this almost 3 years ago. The data transfer speeds were too fast for a remote hacker and are identical to someone using a USB drive.

The DNC data was leaked by Seth Rich and he was killed for it.

I love Binney. And I don’t doubt but that it was an internal exfiltration rather than a hack..

But I’m not sure Binney’s evidence is conclusive, as last I saw his argument was that the data speed was too high for intercontinental online connections. Yet that doesn’t address whether a closer-to-home hack would have been possible.

Their position is that if the Mueller team and the FBI did not inspect the DNC server, then how can they know that the server was hacked. This logical argument makes sense –

The court needs to rule in favor of Stone here. This will blow the Mueller report apart.

Seth Rich, DNC IT guy, gave the information to Wikileaks, not a Russian hack.

He was a Bernie supporter and was upset by what he saw the DNC doing to Bernie. Downloaded the files on a thumb drive and gave them to Wikileaks.

Cost him his life, he was taken out by 2 hired assassins, MS13 thugs from Florida, they were then eliminated 2 days after they took out Seth.

Not a lawyer but it appears that the Crowdstrike report could be considered evidence that could benefit the defense. Not sure how exculpatory evidence can be denied, even if the evidence was seen only by the judge?

Appears Mr. Stone’s defense team has located a vulnerable pressure point of the prosecution. Good for him.

I believe Bill Binney and have ever since Bill Still first interviewed him about the datarate and timestamps on the “hacked” material.

However I also think it is possible that the same file may have come from two different sources, one an internal and the other more of “hack”. This is just conjecture but if both are true, then one does not preclude the other.

Consider for example that the files could have been internally leaked by an insider as Binney claims, and then someone else examined those files, found passwords and userIDs inside them, and went back into the site an “hacked” their own copy.

I’m just applying logic, not saying this is what DID happen. I believe Binney over all others.

For years, those saying that Russia hacked the DNC, never produced any evidence. It always amounted to, we must trust them.

Tucker has stated several times over the years, that there hasn't been any proof of what they alleged.

We’ve never been presented with any evidence of that other than statements by the DNC itself. Republicans should stop dignifying the self-serving statements by the DNC by repeating them and seemingly agreeing with them. Instead, we should be calling them out and demanding proof of the hack.

***Their position is that if the Mueller team and the FBI did not inspect the DNC server, then how can they know that the server was hacked. This logical argument makes sense***

As you know, I have been saying this for well over a year. {Maybe Stone's legal team got this idea from me. ;^) } The principle of the Russian hack of the DNC server - and Hillary's server - is quintessential to Hillary's constant whine (claim to kingship).

The Mueller Report is repeatedly discrediting itself. Devin Nunes is right: it is a FRAUD!

They were not hacked they gave their entire information infrastructure to some Pakistani individuals who had all the passwords and access to all the data. Maybe some people don’t understand how information technology works but your system administrators have complete and total access to all of the data down to the most minute level and they have control over who gets access to what information. It really is bizarre that the DNC and Democrats in Congress handed over probably the most sensitive information that we have. It is like knowing that you ae being spied on and actually assisting the spies, taking them out to dinner, buying them gifts, and giving them free paper on which to copy everything you have then driving them to anywhere they want to go. Every one of the congress people who had those guys working for them were as guilty as Hillary.

Someone needs to beat the crap out of a lefty news anchor and say “What’s the baud rate, Kenneth?” to his friend. That might force the issue into the mainstream.

The Mueller team is fighting back against the Stone team and arguing that it is not necessary to see the documents that support that Russia hacked the DNC –
***********************************************
This is remarkable - the prosecutor wants to pick and choose what items the defendant is allowed to examine for purposes of making his defense case.
+ + + + + + + + + + + + + +
As I have mentioned before - it concerned me to see AG Barr state/agree that the Russians hacked the DNC server.
Very grateful for the ways that Roger Stone and Jerome Corsi have fought back. I still think this case (or very significant parts of it) will eventually come before the Supreme Court.
A lot of you think like me that Trump is at the forefront of a change in the course of our Nation. I sure hope that he is still in office when the related litigation reaches the high court.
Of course, there are no guarantees about how that will turn out - but the evidence is clearly stacking up against the Deep State.

“An IT expert and NSA Whistle blower who looked at the data online can confirm that the DNC data leaked by WikiLeaks was definitively not hacked, it was copied to a disk or flash drive.”

This is fairly old news - that the rate of data transfer could not have been achieved by anything other than a direct transfer, with no internet connection (even from the next room) being that fast.

Seth Rich did it. He was a Bernie supporter and found out that his employer, the DNC, cooperated with Hillary to screw the old Communist, so he copied the data and leaked it...and ended up dead a couple days later.
