Supreme Court justice and liberal icon Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Tuesday praised newly-confirmed Justice Brett Kavanaugh for appointing an entirely female staff. Ginsburg spoke about her own history in the fight for gender equality to a packed auditorium at Georgetown Law School.
Ginsburg praised Kavanaugh — whose controversial confirmation was marked by allegations of sexual assault — and remarked that the court's upcoming fall term will be the first time in history that more women will be clerking than men.
"There is a very important first on the Supreme Court this term and it's thanks to our new justice, Justice Kavanaugh," Ginsburg said.

If Kav was interested in being fair and equitable, it would have been two male and two female.

If his entire Staff was chosen due to their ability, intelligence and their great work ethics, who cares what Sex they are?
Nothing goes right for conservatives so let’s hold off on the congrats to Ruthie and Brett. This will open him up to accusations of “predator”, “assaulted females” no matter that none of it would be valid. The dems/loons don’t pass up any chance to make accusations - valid or not. They will find this to be the reason for him having female clerks. Just wait and watch - you’ll see the “wink wink” they think is off camera!
Human body is tough to kill.
I have an uncle that is supposed to be dead 18 months now. He was 110 and could barely speak.
18 months later he’s about 90 and speaks plenty.
And 80 percent of it still makes sense.
Though he’ll repeat the same question 15 or 20 times in a 2 hour period.
I’m rooting for him to get to his 89th birthday on August 19th.

What’s so ‘gender equal’ about having an all-female staff?
I know that Kavanaugh has spoken about this before; his mother is a lawyer and a judge (iirc) and the ‘glass ceiling’ she experienced in her day had an impact on his views. He has always had more women clerks as a result.
But someone of another mind might read having an all-female staff in an entirely different way.
Watched part of it on C-Span - Ruthie looked and sounded pretty fit for her age - we’ll just have to wait for Trump’s second term to get that pro-life justice in her place, apparently.....

Besides, he’s one of them on the left. Everytime it counts,he rules against us. Obamacare, letting judges run wild and issue new injunctions on matters already ruled on. DACA, census, etc.
We won’t be hearing sexual harassment cases on him.
