Justice Department Sat on Mountain of Epstein Evidence for 10 Years
Epoch Times. ^ | July 11, 2019 | Wilson Miller

Posted on 07/12/2019 5:56:57 PM PDT by george76

The New York prosecutors didn’t take action after reading a newspaper article about a game-changing piece of evidence. Compare the 2007 non-prosecution agreement with the new indictment. Both address sex trafficking of children. The Department of Justice (DOJ) has been sitting on mountains of evidence confirming Epstein’s abuse of young girls for more than 10 years.

...

What did the Justice Department have on Epstein? The answers can be found in a 2008 lawsuit in which two of Epstein’s alleged victims in Doe v. U.S. sued the United States for violating their rights under the federal Crime Victims’ Rights Act. In particular, they claimed the government violated their right to confer during the negotiation of the non-prosecution agreement and failed to inform the victims that Epstein’s state plea would end the federal case. The victims also claimed the government “violated their right to be treated with fairness” by concealing the non-prosecution agreement.

...

The volume of evidence that the DOJ had on Epstein and his criminal enterprise was extensive. For example, privilege logs filed by the prosecutors in the Doe case show they had records covering every part of Epstein’s life, including his finances, corporate records, flight logs, and phone calls with conspirators.

When it came to the victims, the evidence was overwhelming. The DOJ had an FBI file entitled “Summary of Sexual Activity,” containing an analysis of victim-specific information. This included a chart showing phone calls, travel, and grand jury evidence relevant to possible charges. Records show this involved at least nine potential victims. The DOJ was also in possession of FBI reports of interviews of victims and witnesses in New York back in March 2008.

...

main Justice was well-informed with the investigation and status of the case.

...

Who did Filip and Oosterbaan report to?

"Lay off Epstein --he's INTEL."

Why didn't they say CIA? Or FBI..?

Those are terms conspicuous by their abscense.

Was Epstein intel for another country..?

Was he Mossad?

So what was FBI Director Robert Mueller doing while DOJ was handling the Epstein case? In particular, what information did the FBI have regarding the allegation that Epstein “belonged to intelligence”?

Acosta did the right thing when he quit?

I am of the opinion, and it is just speculation, that they told the pedophile that he was “intel” in order to stop Acosta from looking too much further into the case and to pressure him into accepting the light plea deal.

But, I also think he was running some kind of operation that benefited powerful people directly and indirectly. Not Mossad but US people. There are those who have suggested that the pedophile was running a massive blackmailing operation and had evidence against many rich and powerful people. If that were true, how is it that he was not simply murdered by one of his targets? Why would they protect him, unless some very powerful people were also in on the blackmail scheme for their own personal benefit?

1. Epstein’s home near Santa Fe is “Zorro Ranch”
2. Zorro was played by actor Errol Flynn
3. Flynn was famous for involvement with UNDERAGE GIRLS

THAT is why he named his property Zorro Ranch.

The man isn’t just out of control —he’s shoving it in our faces.

Notice that Epstein really likes maze/labyrinth designs

That’s just an entrance portal. Look at how tiny it is. The real activity is all underground where you don’t even need to bother with soundproofing.

While Acosta took the hit for this crazy deal, I heard the real intellectual firepower behind the taking the historically unprecidented deal was one of his immediate subordinates, a guy who, bizarredly, had a sex assault indicent in his own background.

The name was something like, “Kirscher”, or very nearly that.

Ghislaine Maxwell was an Epstein pimp?

Remember her dad - the disgraced Robert Maxwell, whose body was found floating in the waters off of the Canary Islands near his yacht named the Lady Ghislaine ... murdered by Mossad. ?

I, too, am dubious of the soundproofing notion.

Lessay scores of people were screaming their heads off to high heaven:

The man owns the entire ISLAND, for crying out loud:

Why the need..?

This list purports to be from what, flight logs? Guest books at the island? I’m curious where it originated.

I think he had to resign. He was a distraction to the POTUS and the honorable thing to do was to step out of the way. As he said let the focus fall on the pedophile where it belongs and not allow POTUS to be a target of media for something done a decade ago.

I don’t know all the legal angles here either, but I would guess that Acosta stepping down also allows for an easier and more thorough investigation into the entire matter including the plea deal he signed on to. What was this “intel” thing and how was it conveyed by whom and why? While an investigation should proceed whether he was in the Cabinet or not, with him out there is no conflict of interest in attempting to interview a sitting Cabinet member. Now he is free to be an open book and there would be no time or investigative constraints related to executive privilege.

I have my suspicions that the re-airing of this case might have been orchestrated by allies of Trump. In that view Acosta was a necessary casualty in the war against Trump’s opponents. At the very least it should cause to dispirit Democrat momentum, raise levels of disgust, and spotlight hypocrisy. At the worst it will directly implicate many Dem “faves” as Pelosi’s daughter tweeted. Weinstein, Epstein both strongly tied to influential Democrat - so who knew what when? In both examples, very prominent people on the left knew all about their predilections and chose to cover it up and take their money.

They're ALL shape-shifting EXTRATERRESTRIALS who engage in same-sex, under age sex, etc., activities..

This is ALSO why transgender CR*P is being shoved down our throats by Hollywood, the media, some elements within our military, DC, etc..

Here's the grave of Robert Maxwell:

That's on a Jerusalem hillside. He repeatedly said the only place he was truely comfortable in the world (he was world traveled) was in Israel.

MI6 had classified him as loyal only to Israel.

His real name was Ján Ludvík Hyman Binyamin Hoch. He was born in a part of Czeckoslavakia that is now part of the Ukraine.

They had 3 different medical inquests regarding his body and each time they came up with a different cause of death.

The first company his daugher Ghislaine started was the "Kit-Kat Club". She has VFR and IFR ratings in both fixed wing aircraft and choppers --she flew many girls out to Epstein's island.

By that I mean her own hands were on the flight controls.

Many people think she, too, was in Mossad, specializing in honey-trap operations.

Hmmmmm....well, her jacket sure seems like it.

Epstein flew people all over the world.

Most logged flights did not go to the island.

Is your list proven island visitors?

From what I've seen, Epstein's social circles (Maxwell, Wexner, the Mega Group, etc.) centered around figures with ties to organized crime and the intelligence community in both Israel and Russia. This jibes with a pecularity I noted on this thread: "Forest Hills has been identified by the FBI as a major center for both the Russian-Israeli Mafia and Mossad and it is a place where the two interests often cooperate. In 2002, operation Spiderweb, a joint FBI-EUROPOL operation, resulted in the arrest of 20 Russian-Israeli dual citizens on charges of money laundering. The laundering primarily involved the Bank of New York (BONY), the Russian bank Menatep, and an ‘Internet bank’ called the European Union Bank. More importantly, the money-laundering network also included Benex, a firm connected to Bill Clinton-pardoned Mossad figure Marc Rich.": What We Know About Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein’s Alleged Madam Now this Russian-Israeli angle gets more interesting in light of the fact that at the end of the Cold War, U.S. intelligence started recruiting ex-Soviets (case in point, the Alperovitch family of CrowdStrike fame). Meanwhile, the Clinton administration was pumping money in and out of Russia--for instance: The Harvard Boys Do Russia. Meanwhile, Ghislaine Maxwell's father Robert Maxwell was on a similar mission in Britain before he died: Robert Maxwell sought $20bn to prop up Soviet Union.

The list was compiled from 4 sources, one of which was the infamous Black Book stolen from Epstein's home by the Home Manager, which in today's updated parlance means BUTLER, I believe.

He had been seeking to sell the book for $50,000, or nearly that.

The guy had a hispanic or Spanish name, somehow went to prison shortly after this theft.

Then, big surprise, this ex-butler of Epstein was killed while in prison.
