They are qualified on paper but not in reality.
The White Males just get more work to do, due to the “new hires” incompetence. There are some really good minority workers, but they are not near the majority.
Yes, I see the same; they’ve created a two-tiered system for diplomas/degrees/certificates - those in the hands of “unprotected” people (white & Asian males), and those in the hands of anyone else. The latter are suspect until proven otherwise; the elites are bending over backwards to fill quotas/maintain a façade of an equally-qualified diverse workforce.

just because women don't compete with men doesn't lessen their sport.....(until the fake women take over).
if we go down the road of dissing females as not as good as males we'll also have to accept what some people believe...that whites can't compete against blacks so they should just stop playing...
however, college womens bb and volleyball are very entertaining.....women play a different style then men and to me, and the 4400 season ticket holders of the team we follow, its very appreciated....
