What’s their beef? The Supreme Court upheld Obamacare and imposed homosexual marriage nationwide. These are two key cases in which the Court ruled for the liberal side of the issue.

I would favor a mandatory retirement age. We might also consider fixed terms for Justices. These should be long, at least ten years, so that they extend beyond the term of the president who nominates them. Whether they might be renewable is a separate question.

That said, if we want to fix what is ailing our government, let's start with term limits for Members of Congress before we start fooling with the Supreme Court. Conservatives should get out ahead on that.
