Ruth Buzzard ACLU is not long for this mortal coil
I think it is strange that when future decisions by the Supreme Court are discussed, it is always in terms of how 2 or 3 of the Republican appointed justices will vote. No one ever discusses how the Democrat appointed justices will vote, because they were/are political picks, not legal picks.
Rule the way we want, or face restructuring.
Just imagine democrat and propaganda press reaction if republican congressmen said such a thing when the court was stacked hard liberal.
An Amish Farmer walking through his field notices a man drinking from his pond with his hand.
The Amish Farmer shouts: "Trinken Sie nicht das Wasser, die Kühe und die Schweine haben hineingeschissen!"
Which means: "Don't drink the water, the cows and pigs have shit in it!
The man shouts back: "I'm a Muslim, I don't understand your gibberish.
Speak English, Infidel!"
The Amish Farmer shouts back in English: "Use both hands, you'll get more water!"
Last time I checked Judicial was a separate branch of government - a CO-EQUAL branch to the Executive and Legislative. Power hungry Democrats in Congress fantasize that only THEY have all the power. The Constitution proves them wrong!
Odd, you’d think turning everything in the Constitution on it’s head would be considered more political that placing the people before the goobermint.
Kinda like how they demand absolute “stare decisis” for their 50 year old decisions that gleefully defied centuries of precedent. “It’s not bad when WE do it!”
