RBG will outlive me. She has nine lives.

If she actually does check out after Jan. 1, 2020, the Chairman of the Judiciary Lindsey Graham won’t go forward with sitting her replacement until after the Election.

I recall he had made a statement sometime back when asked about the so called Biden Rule.

McConnell said the opposite, that the Biden Rule only applied when the POTUS and the Senate Majority were held by two different Parties.

There’s an important place for Ted Cruz in this fight. He becomes the 6th ‘conservative’. When the 7th becomes available(assuming 2 Trump terms) he quits and runs for POTUS, leaving 7 of ours on the bench. It should be like the way a cat treats a mouse.

She’s not fine, and she’s leaving an additional stain on her record by hanging on to a job she can no longer do, for the sake of politics or vanity or both.
If she put the country first she’d do the honorable thing and step down.

Work non-stop? Many Democrats don’t even bother to get out of bed on Election Day to vote.

They don’t have to get out of bed; illegals and the dead vote in their place.

If Cruz really wants to have a long term positive effect on this country, then USSC justice would be the way.
He will never be president, birth issues aside he doesn’t have the temperament to be elected to that office, he barely has the temperament to stay in office as a senator. USSC Judge would be better unless its all a grandstanding act that he does. I know people who think that and they are in a better position to judge that then me. He won’t be the first politician to have fooled me.

Patients with pancreatic cancer are often diagnosed after progression to a locally advanced or metastatic stage. Medical students are taught to recognize the classic “painless jaundice” from malignant obstruction of the distal common bile duct in the setting of this dreaded disease, which continues to have dismal survival rates of only 5% (1). Endoscopic placement of a biliary stent is a standard palliative measure for patients with metastatic disease, to relieve jaundice and associated pruritus during the last months of life. Self-expanding metal stents (SEMS) have been found to be more cost-effective than plastic stents for patients whose life expectancy exceeds 6 months (2). In contrast, for patients who present with resectable disease, a multicenter randomized controlled trial has shown that placement of a biliary stent prior to pancreaticoduodenectomy leads to increased rates of complications, and that these patients should proceed directly to surgery (3). This trial did not address the population of patients who undergo neoadjuvant therapy, in an attempt to downstage locally advanced disease and make curative resection possible. Little data exists to guide the decision of which stent-plastic or metal- is best in this population.

RBG is doing what Rehnquist did, working up until as close to death as possible. There’s nothing wrong with that.

Nothing to do but wait and watch the Dems panic.
