Why was it changed, who changed it and who approved it? Knowing that would tell us a lot. I don’t see how they can hide it.
That shouldn’t be too hard to trace back. I believe any change has to be published in the Federal Register prior to taking effect. There should be a paper trail of who changed the form and why the form was changed.
This is going to blow-back in their faces big-time. I’m hoping Barr is just sitting back and taking notes, the he’s going to lower the boom.
