n this week’s broadcast of Fox News Channel’s “Sunday Morning Futures,” Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) vowed to have the “whistleblowers” charging wrongdoing of President Donald Trump testify publicly if House Democrats move forward with impeachment.
Graham said. “Here’s what’s going to happen: if the whistleblowers’ allegations are turned into an impeachment article it’s imperative that the whistleblower be interviewed in public, under oath, and cross-examined. Nobody in America goes to jail or has anything done to them without confronting their accuser. So here is what I’m going to insist upon, but the whistleblower one or two, whatever, they come forward, under oath, inform so the public can judge her credibility. If that doesn’t happen in the House I’ll make sure it happens in the Senate.”
He added, “Yeah, I’ll use Nancy Pelosi ‘s words. This is about the Constitution, the democracy, the Sixth Amendment allows people to confront witnesses against him. There can be no valid inquiry, unless Democrats vote, and once you vote, there can be no valid impeachment process unless the president can confront the witnesses against him. Who are these people? where did they come from?”

How about having the members of the committee sworn in under oath. I think that would change the tenor of the hearings greatly.

Yep. If Senator Graham REALLY wants to ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING NOW to help out Trump he would speed things up on the federal judge confirmation front. When Trump assumed office there were 86 vacant District Court judgeships. You know, the District Judgeships which sabotage President Trump when they’re occupied by an agenda-driven ‘RAT appointee. The number of vacancies has increased and there are now 97 vacant District Court judgeships.
There are 75 of Trump’s Judicial nominees pending confirmation in the Senate (of which 54 are pending in Lindsey Graham’s Judiciary Committee). This is INEXCUSABLE! Graham needs to no longer allow the DemocRATS to use the Blue Slip process to stop consideration of Trump’s nominees. And McConnell needs to schedule confirmation votes on nominees quicker after they’re out of the Judiciary Committee.
I’m going to beat the drums on the Judicial Confirmation front until my drum sticks break or they actually speed up.

No. You should reject their testimony entirely. When this President was elected, second hand evidence was immaterial. You have until the end of this year. Then the people will need you no more.
I haven’t always been a Lindsey fan, but if Lindsey Graham steps up to the plate the way he did during the Kavanaugh hearings, the whistleblower club headed and directed by Schiff just might be in for the bumpiest ride of their lives.

Nobody on Trump’s team should answer a subpoena till the whistleblowers and Schiff and co. agree to be sworn in also.
