The director of a judicial activist group has written U.S. Supreme Court Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Samuel Alito a letter demanding they recuse themselves from upcoming Supreme Court cases concerning LGBT rights, after the pair posed for pictures with the president of anti-gay group National Organization for Marriage (NOM).
The liberal group Take Back the Court advocates adding additional justices to the Supreme Court. Elections have consequences. Suck on that, lefties.
On second thought, dont suck on it.
Nope.
Nope.
Nope.
Rule #1, Repubs shall never recuse themselves from ANYTHING.
The guy making these demands was the Grand Marshall of the 2011 Gay Pride Parade in San Francisco. No irony here.
Do radical leftist judges recuse themselves from abortion cases? Not that I know of.
They're all insane.
At lower levels, judges recuse themselves from the mere appearance of a conflict of interest. This is because they can be replaced by other judges. At the Supreme Court level, no. Recusal requires an actual conflict of interest.
Furthermore, the petition, by ignoring the appearance of a conflict of interest by other members of the Supreme Court in the pro-LBGTQ direction, shows itself to be prejudiced and unworthy of consideration.
There are so many conflicts of interest with liberal SC judges with them hardly ever recusing themselves.
Forget it. And where is RBG.
How about “No?”
Does “no” work for you?

Militarism and gender
Belkins concerns about the militarization of American culture and its relationship to gender and war led him to co-found the Costs of War project at Brown University and to provide $125,000 in seed funding through the Palm Center. The projects first initiative involved the production and release of more than twenty studies that generated 250+ media stories about the financial, psychological, cultural and social costs of ongoing wars in the Middle East. » Read more
Organizational strategy
Belkin is interested in the leadership and management of progressive social justice organizations, in particular how they achieve and measure success, how they attract media and public attention to their messages, how they obtain funding, and how they motivate personnel to remain committed to key missions. » Read more
