Yes , the way things are going, farm tools will be considered as weapons.

Farms have to be revamped anyway under the green new deal. All the cattle and other animals will be sacrificed eventually.

Farms and ranches use a ton of fossil fuels to feed us all. I don’t know if Ocasio-Cortez and her green new dealers have thought everything through.

Should have let the morons launch it. Airspace around Bryan-Denny is protected prior to, during, and immediately after games. Entered only by permission. Doubtful they had it. They would have face fines if not attest.

I don’t support him. That’s the kind of stuff that Antifa pulls. Destruction of personal property to shut down a protest. Sorry, but since I criticize Antifa for those stunts, I can’t stay silent when one of ours pulls the same kind of stunt. Apart from doing the right thing, the other side will now pull up this one example, over and over, whenever we criticize them for violence to shut down our protests.

I wholeheartedly concur. I wouldn't give him a cent for his defense. He should accept whatever plea bargain he can get, pay the fine, and start obeying the law.

The balloon owners complained and Go Fund Me squashed the donations.

It’s a felony. He is at they mercy of the DA.

Maybe he can take his chances with a jury.

But he could become a felon.

Make a deal.

We have been reported by the sympathizers. Apparently we didn’t read the fine print. Gofundme is not going to allow these generous donations to help Hoyt. They will soon likely refund all your support. Apologize for the inconvenience folks. Thanks for the kind words, prayer, and financial support. Reach out to Hoyt on Facebook we love hearing from fellow patriots #Trump2020

why don't you go after this guy instead of right wingers?

Go after what guy?

The guy who slashed the balloon? The guy who wrote about it?

Clarify yourself.

Mostly I "go after" folks who promote themselves at Free Republic's expense.
Does that bother you?

You’re going to catch all sorts of grief for your post I am guessing.

You are absolutely correct of course.

Just understand the law abiding/working conservative members of society have been pushed for years by the left and their use of welfare folks for demonstrations and now having Antifa break laws and get away with it, is beginning to respond in kind.

It has been over 50 years the left has been using such tactics. Anti Vietnam protests to now. And the right, who generally believe in the rule of law, which by the way, doesn’t apply to everyone, are way past ready to take to the streets and respond in kind.

I no way endorse violence or violent acts by Americans against fellow Americans, but I, having lived as long as I have, totally understand it.

If the right gets to the point they loose all hope, it will get ugly.

Like I said it has been building for many decades.

Why the Hell should real Americans obey the law? Leftists don’t.

Sadly, this country has no chance of surviving. Why? Because conservatives REFUSE to fight dirty or even stand up for ourselves.

The subhuman left attack Americans, key automobiles with the “wrong” bumper stickers, literally run conservatives out of restaurants, etc. And what do “brave” conservatives do? Cower in the corner and refuse to fight back. Sickening.

I proudly support this brave man’s actions. I firmly believe in standing up to the subhuman left and making their lives a living hell.

Remember the saying “Nice guys finish last”? Truer words were never spoken.

What good does it do to obey the law when the law is the enemy against real Americans?

Wife and I had a discussion similar to this when some profane artist had displayed a sacrilegious pile of trash in a museum. Someone jumped the small rope and damaged the painting. If I recall correctly he was imprisoned, and his defense was that someone was profaning his Lord.

Would you spend a buck or two for that Rope-Jumper's defense or is it all black and white, cut and dried, i.e., defacing property is defacing property.
