Does the public know WHO connected to Chik-fil-A proposed a change to the policy? This didn’t just happen on it’s own.
Somebody, or perhaps a group of Board Members made that decision. Did these Board Members have majority ownership?
Did they slowly soak up more and more influence via stock purchases? This, I could see happening, before others knew their intent.
Boy how fast we turn on a friend for making a mistake.

If that's correct, I didn't realize their sales increase was that dramatic. Whatever anyone thinks about the controversies, this latest is a really stupid business move.

I visited the Philmont in 2008 long before the decline began.
I won’t be going anymore. I never thought their food was really any better or worse than most fast food places - I just went there to support a Christian organization.

If Chick-fil-A does not reverse their decision, they will become just another fast-food chain.
Whoever made these recommendations needs to be fired, and the company needs to do some market research on their customers.
This decision was a slap in the face to their loyal customers and fans.
