Watch them. Most of the House subpoenas have been taken to court.
But the Executive can enforce it once issued.
Once the courts have had their say.
There is no Constitutional provision that requires the Legislative or Executive branches of government to defer to the courts.

There is no Constitutional provision giving the Senate the power to subpoena either. That, too, comes from precedent and court decisions. Any subpoena of Biden, or Pelosi or Schiff, will be headed for the courts.
