Presently (you can never be 100-percent sure)....there’s only two houses that they own. The house in Georgetown, DC is one of them, and the other is a house in Hyde Park, Chicago, ILL.
Anything else you hear about....is leased property.
For a while, there was some discussion that he’d end up in NY City, and I think the local tax situation convinced him to avoid that idea. And I would suggest that the Hyde Park property will come up on the market in the next year.
In addition to the Chicago home, there’s this new one.
I had thought he purchased a property in Hawaii. There was also talk of one in the Rancho Mirage area at one point.
While some of these are described as rentals, there’s other talk of his “friends” purchasing some property(s), and it causes you to wonder just who really owns one or more of them now.
I think the parties in the Vineyard are nicer........
