FISC: FBI Lawyer Who Altered Carter Page Warrant Must Be Reported To Bar. Court Reviewing All Warrant Applications

Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court presiding Judge Rosemary Collyer released a public order Friday, demanding to see all the applications handled by the FBI attorney, who is alleged to have changed the details in the FISA application on Carter Page. In the two-page Dec. 5, order Collyer also requested that the bureau advise the court if FBI Attorney Kevin Clinesmith, who was involved in altering Page’s application has been reported to the appropriate bar association for disciplinary action.

Page, who was a short term campaign volunteer for President Donald Trump, was wiretapped by the FBI. The bureau was given approval by the secret court to spy on Page based on the information it provided in the application to obtain the warrant from the court. Earlier this week Collyer released her public order giving FBI officials a Jan. 10 deadline to address how to remedy the extraordinary malfeasance that led to the FBI’s baseless warrant to spy on Page. That was the first time the court has spoken since the Department of Justice Inspector General released its findings on the FBI’s now debunked investigation into the Trump campaign and Russia.

Judge Collyer has just announced that she is resigning. She will probably go into hiding.

The lawlessness and system breakdown we are seeing in the FBI in the FISA debacle did not just happen overnight.

It requires an extended period of corruption and malfeasance in multiple government agencies and the systematic hiring, promotion and appointment of corrupt, politicized hack operatives in key controlling positions

This process was started be Mueller when he fired thousands if experienced, trustworthy special agents dedicated to the rule of law and replaced them with young partisans loyal to himself as part of his goal to create his own Gestapo or Stasi like secret police agency.

During the Obama/Clinton years and Holder/ Lynch leadership at DOJ, Mueller/ Comey leadership at FBI and Brennan/Clapper leadership in intelligence, our law enforcement and spy agencies were systematically suborned and corrupted to be weaponized and turned against the American people.

Good probability Obama was running an extensive domestic spying and political blackmail operation against Republicans and Democrats alike since the very start .

I’m hoping we’re going to see it continually right up until the first Tuesday in November.

Then everyone can take a holiday break thru the first of the year, and then Trump gets on with some serious swamp draining with a Congressional majority.

Not only should the FISA court be disbanded completely and reauthorized with all new personnel (potentially even including the Supreme Court Justice who appointed the judges) and all new much tighter regulations and controls...

Here’e an even simpler idea with less chance of corruption. No secret courts.

Page’s application has been reported to the appropriate bar association for disciplinary action.

How about reporting him to the BARR for some disciplinary action

The FBI lawyer supervising the FISA process, Kevin Clinesmith, purposefully doctored an email to make former Trump adviser Carter Page appear as a Russian agent rather than as a CIA source, which he actually was..

If the state bar for this guy did their job...his license would be entirely cancelled, and that would almost serve the same purpose as five years in prison. He’d have no job service possible, and end up selling real estate or running a hot dog hut.

It’s a YUGE civil rights violation and they are caught up in it.

But it was okay because the traps were used against Trump.

A neat indictment of the Obama administration.

But Attorney General bar has known for many months of this felony committed against the court because he was kept apprised of the Inspector General's progress, certainly Attorney General Barr knew about this crime for weeks yet there appears no public evidence that criminal proceedings have been undertaken. Likewise, the whole world has known for months and months that McCabe feloniously lied. No prosecution yet, to the contrary indications that there would be no prosecution. We have known for over a year that James Comey illegally removed information and illegally leaked government documents, conveniently mislabeled by his Confederates, yet no prosecution. Hillary Clinton committed crimes and, ironically, it appears that James Comey's preposterous assertion that no prosecutor would prosecute was perfectly accurate. Yesterday, it was confirmed that Brennan lied to Congress about the use of the phony dossier, does anyone have any firm expectation that he will be prosecuted?

We do not need another Inspector General report from Durham, we need indictments running up the food chain. I fear instead we will get some low-level prosecutions and a diversion into a discussion of how to legislate for good government. Attorney General Barr has assumed the duty to satisfy the American public that the deep state will not be protected.

She’s 74....so I think she just doesn’t want to get caught in the melee. At least she has gone on record with her opinion of the Dems fiasco.
