UPDATE: It is being reported that the armed citizen that shot the suspect is a former police officer.
During Sunday morning mass this morning at West Freeway Church of Christ, in White Settlement, Texas, a man walked in with a shotgun and opened fire on its parishioners. Two people are reported dead and one injured.

Looks like the first guy shot was a tad slow on his draw. Sadly.
If I saw that right the first dood shot was talking while casually drawing his weapon. Shoot and STOP TALKING.
I’m not seasoned enough to discern the difference in caliber sound. But to be that accurate in a single shot is amazing.

Just found out there were two shots.
If you watch the video you will see the retired police officer
shoot from the left, and a rather large muzzle flash from someone seated in the from row.Probably a short barreled revolver .357 or up. It was a bright flash likely from a magnum, caliber, that certainly would have finished the perp off if he was not already dead.

So, the Breitbart vid has the a box over the man who was slow to draw and was shot. Just saw another which was clear. Perp talks to another then kills the man who failed to draw. It’s very sad. However the fact that there were several armed men there is comforting. My dad carries everywhere.
When video was originally posted there were three distinct shots. The target for first two from shooter were the two gentlemen in back section of church. The second one was in process of drawing his gun and taking aim.
The third shot came from member of congregation who took a stand coming down the aisle. It hit the pervert in the head. His head bounced in slow mo. Then other in congregation hurried to front with guns pulled.
From what I saw in the video, it looked like there was a confrontation between the bad guy and the man closest to him. The guy who was the first to be shot seemed to be bringing his weapon to bear on the shooter when he was shot. The guy who shot the bad guy was not in the focus of the shooter and had a clear shot. Good shooting.

There ended up being three more parishioners with firearms going up to him after he was shot. Four total armed and ready.
Kinda makes carrying members/regular attendees a criteria for which church to choose.
A wake-up call for churches to get armed and weapons trained.

Hilariously, the YouTube channel Rageaholic suggested going there to view his stuff because of YouTube’s blatant anti conservative bias.
I had the window open on my computer for the last two weeks since, and haven’t had the time to check it out.
When this murder happened, I refreshed it, and there it was.
