Today’s great division in Jesus’ church is from homosexuals and their advocates. Progressives (cultural Marxists, leftists, Democrats) are the queers’ enablers.

What is beyond me, is why the “woke” want to be accepted by the traditional Methodists.
The Church that is faithful to God will triumph. Period. End of Story.

That’s just wrong.
The cathedral of the catholic diocese in my area also has a gift shop. It never occurred to me how that might be problematic.
Roughly 120 years ago, the Center claims that there were about 80 million Evangelicals and less than 1 million Pentecostals/Charismatics worldwide.
Today, those numbers, globally, are put at 354 million Evangelicals and 694 million Pentecostals/Charismatics. Projection for 2050 puts these groups at 581 million and 1 billion, 89 million respectively.

The growth of ‘Christian’ acceptance of homosexuality is obviously very troubling. But the bottom line issue is disregard for the word of God. And on that front the growth of Charismatic churches is also troubling and if I wanted to be harsh could be theorized to be sort of a virus injected into Christianity in that while it grows, it causes harm to the overall growth of Christianity.
In regard to the word of God and Charismatic churches, I am referring to female Pastors and speaking in tongues. The Bible is very clear on both topics yet Charismatic churches pay no attention to what the Bible says concerning these issues. Like churches that accept homosexuality, Charismatic churches glorify these issues I believe simply because it feels good and grows numbers in their church. But it hurts Christian growth overall because, frankly, in cases of speaking in tongues for example, it makes Christians looks nuts to those on the outside. And that is just what the Bible says would happen and why rules are there concerning the issue. Rules that are completely ignored by Charismatic churches like other churches ignore scripture concerning homosexuality.

It might depend on what they sell.

Certainly there is a reason there is no provision for proportional distribution of assets.
Methodists embraced divorce a long time ago so they should be old-hands at dividing assets.
Look at the handling of assets by the PCUSA when its congregants chose to split the blanket.
Read the fine print in the constitution and corporate bylaws.
They don't want to be accepted by the traditional Methodists. They want to destroy the traditional Methodists.
