Back in October 2001 in California, the 19 year old Hispanic kid named Cruz Alejandro Martinez, who was drunk and under the influence of drugs, ran a red light at an intersection and broadsided my brother's rental car, putting him in a coma for a week until he finally died.
Cruz Alejandro Martinez tried to flee the scene but was fortunately apprehended.
Two months later, Cruz Alejandro Martinez was sentenced to only four years in prison.........
While I know where he lived, what his house looks like and the individuals who own or owned the house are (names totally different from Cruz Alejandro Martinez), his whereabouts now are unknown but I suspect he was an illegal who has since returned to Mexico........
