Lawsuit: Harvard Professor Assaults Jewish Woman After She Stands Up to Anti-Israel Bullies

A Jewish-American woman is suing the Harvard Club of New York City and a Harvard University professor for assault after she rose to ask a question following a presentation by a pro-Palestinian lecturer.

The Harvard Club not only forced Vanesa Levine, 28, to leave the February 2019 event, but later rescinded her membership, she says.

The social club was founded in 1887 and, according to its website, is intended to be a “warm and friendly place” for Harvard alumni to connect.

In her complaint filed in New York state court at the end of last month, Levine alleges that Harvard finance professor Faris Mousa Saah assaulted, slandered and libeled her following a lecture by Rashid Khalidi called, “The Hundred Years’ War on Palestine.”

Good for her. Butt, as for Mr. DeSoto, 'Jewish-American'? Srsly? What if the lady had been a 'Catholic-American'? The hyphenated crap makes my teeth hurt. Guess the 'palestinian-American' was butt hurt or something? Or was it the usual disregarding of females they do?

Assault yes.

Probably grabbing her was a bad idea, and since Harvard should have prevented that sort of behavior from one of it’s professors I am okay with a big price tag.

It could be considered assault under the legal definition even if she was never touched. Did she fear for the threat of physical harm? If what she claims is true, then there may be a case for assault.

The Harvard Club of New York is not a part of Harvard University. That's who she sued. It's a private members club in NYC that is open to alumni, but it's not funded or owned, or controlled by the University.

The Harvard professor is a private citizen.

I don't think Harvard University has any liability in this, so their deep pockets are probably not a factor.

Since the PA and their peeps are openly for the killing of Jews (in their charter) any action by any of their ardent supporters should be considered potentially aggression.

What I would like to know is did she ask her question during the Q & A part of the presentation, or did she shout it out while the presenter was speaking. Either way, I don’t think that the situation was handled well.

It appears that the “leadership” of Harvard has “sold out” to the oil zillionaires.

Who would have guessed that “Veritas” could be “bought” for just twenty pieces of silver?

“Rashid Khalidi”

This is one of Obama’s buddies. The one in the video tape with BO that the LA Times refuses to release.

Despite their words, the left is not tolerant of views that differ from than their own.

“It could be considered assault under the legal definition even if she was never touched. Did she fear for the threat of physical harm? If what she claims is true, then there may be a case for assault.”

If she was touched, grabbed, then the assault became a “battery”.
