... or remembers that a year and a half ago a boat could cross the North Pole because the glaciers had all melted? Uh, glaciers require a land mass underneath. The Artic ice sheat is all sea ice. There are by definition no glaciers up there.

There might be some truth to what he is saying.
Ive read that the air in Wuhan and other similar cities has become breathable again. So yeah, thats cool.
But instead of human induced climate change, whatever that is, I wish he would have focused on the other pandemic induced changes that more directly correspond to our relationship with God.
We have many idols we prefer instead of God, such as work, sports, etc. Not good at all.
So now, this viral panic-demic were dealing with is our timeout to refocus our priorities just in time for Lent.
It is as though He took many of our idols away from us and now we cant have them for a while.
But, hey, human induced global climate change is one idol the Pope says were gonna keep!
Yay for us.

I was reading a prehistory book the other day. He was talking the "Great Die Off" when 90% of all life died. He said that it was caused by a temperature rise of six degrees. Which was apparently caused by a volcano going off. Which is weird because volcano through out recorded history have always COOLED the climate but whatever. This was followed by a rant on how we had to stop global warming NOW!
Later on he was talking about the area that would become the British Isles. He talked about how it was a lovely climate because "it was three degrees warmer then".
O-kay.

The press is every bit as bad as this Pope. Of course, the press does have some love for this socialist Pope.

I think they make him say what they want him to say, by bad translations or outright lying in their ‘stories’ ...

I am not Catholic, but it sure seems that this Pope could be considered an apostate. He seems to promote all kinds of un-Christian beliefs and practices. In this case, he seems to be buying into the belief in nature as a sentient entity.
