So refer to them as “biological males” and “biological females”.
Clear it up for the judge. You aren’t talking about their gender identity; you are talking about their biological state.
If the GOP regains the house, they should pass a bill preventing biological males from participating in female sports simply by declaring themselves trans women.
The people that would upset would never vote GOP anyway—never.
On the other hand, there are plenty of swing voters who would be drawn to the GOP by it.
Consistent with science? So is that to say that a reasonably skilled molecular biologist couldn’t look at blood/tissue samples from these guys and know that it was from guys who has been pumped full of estrogen?
There once was a time when gender issues were specifically labeled and diagnosed in the DSM-V. A sane judge would respectfully say GTFO of my courtroom.
If the judge forces you to use the insane redefinitions of terms liberals have created, then he’s obviously in favor of said policies.
This is like requiring someone to use the terms “credibly accused” against Kavanaugh if it went to trial instead of saying, “the accuser”. It sets the emotional tone and poisons the well.
On the one hand this is surreal, on the other hand the Title IX affirmative action “feminists” are reaping what they have sown.
Call them double X people...for the two XX chromosomes that they cannot alter.
If they were born male they are male and will die male despite hormone treatment and bodily mutilation. No goofy democratic judge can change fact.
