Problem:
1 It was a crime for each of their unmasking acts.
2 That their illegal behavior was routine does not then make it legal.
The real issue is not his “cover” concern— the real issue is the 30,000 plus non requested so called “upstream” unmaskings being done by people in the NSC WH (staffers, pretending to be WH) and apparently within the FBI. Thousands of Americans on a STASI like electronic surveillance that was “unmasked” without any formal request. The number of illegal unmaskings are in the well over 30,000 range by individuals who used the “tricks” do get this info, for whatever reason— and definitely not at all about foreign agents interfacing with Americans in every case.
Oh, no this was anybody that obamagate worker bees (in different WH agencies) were tasked to produce. Lots of people, useful in the political blackmail and illegal manipulation of our elections. Maxine Waters bragged about
obama’s “files of information”-— like it was a brainy superior skill.
No— this was being run by the people who RAN obamaumao— as a puppet, and wanted to stay in power with hitlery. Every body in the “enterprise” of surveillance with “dog in the hunt”— profit and power. It really is a huge number way beyond Flynn.
Flynn is a prominent excellent example of these vicious amoral animals-— because he KNEW what they were doing, and intended to shut it all down. If someone is comfortable with this blanket unmasking-— then they are a MAJOR enemy against our Constitutional government of Laws. Obamaumao set the dogs on Flynn for the exposure risk to obiwon that was and still is quite large.

Shortly thereafter, he was using the NSA to spy on members of Congress opposed to his deal with Iran. Three years later, he was caught secretly smuggling a fortune in foreign currency on unmarked cargo planes to Iran. If I did as much leaking to the press for political purposes as Ben Rhodes has (and he has actually bragged about this in the press when he was certainly n he would never pay a price for it.) I’d be a bit nervous and agitated as well.

He probably did many of them using other people’s access codes, and is now worried that will come out. Because Liddle Ben did not have that level of authority and could have committed a crime.

I’m still trying to figure out why the UN ambassador Samantha Power would need to make a single unmasking, much less the number she did. Did she do it on her own initiative, or was she a convenient cover for someone who didn’t want his name on the unmasking order?
I think we’ve reached the point where all previous statements about Obamagate are inoperative. The Sullivan gambit is going to backfire followed by Durham indictments. Things are trending well.
