I watched a pulmonologist describe the mechanics of how it worked on YouTube. According to him, as long as you were taking it, it stopped the process by which the disease progresses. Once you stop taking it and it’s out of your system, it’s effects are gone and you are again vulnerable.
Whether or not Hydroxy Chloroquine works is beside the point.

Ridiculous spin. Trump always said he was taking the cocktail on a preventative program. He said multiple times it would end within days. It’s not his fault nobody reports what he says over and over.
It looks like his timing wasn't coincidental -he knew he was at higher risk and opted to, as Barney Fife would say, "Nip it in the bud"...
It appears that Trump took it for two weeks following possible exposure to Covid through his valet. The two week period seems to be the magic number for whether or not you'll get it.

Maintenance:
