The original law went a step further than similar laws in other states by forbidding state Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) agencies from sharing data with immigration authorities like ICE and Customs and Border Protection (CBP). But the new amendment goes even further and makes it a class E felony for officials to share such information.

Harboring -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iii) makes it an offense for any person who -- knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation.Encouraging/Inducing -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv) makes it an offense for any person who -- encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law.
Conspiracy/Aiding or Abetting -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(v) expressly makes it an offense to engage in a conspiracy to commit or aid or abet the commission of the foregoing offenses.
President Trump should make an immediate Executive order making any State not providing DMV information to ICE and any other Federal agency a felony with many years in Federal prison on Governors of the State.
Then why don't they? Something smell like crap here. Don't we have a Federal Government? Or do we have a pile of shi! for the Government.
I sure hope New York isn’t of those states with a huge deficit that will ask for a “bailout” of some sort.

The left hates citizens, and loves illegals, to be more accurate. They only love chaos when they think they can wrest their own power from out of the disorder.
Cut off the money. The Feds don't have any money anyway, so this is the best way to cut off the spenders.
They denounce hetero-normalcy. No tolerance for straight people and their ways.
They open the insane asylums and ticket lemonade stands.
They claim that designations of crazy/insane is just society unwilling to accept other ways of thinking.

I remember Maryland tried to prosecute Linda Trip and it got thrown out because the federal government gave her immunity that applied to a Maryland law.
As far as complaining about NY, they don’t care what you think.
Fight it in court.
Isn’t this another case of a Governor assuming powers that aren’t his to assume?
In Arizona, on the opposite side of the fence (so to speak), Obama went to court (and won!) asserting the primacy of the Federal Government over all aspects of immigration policy, including border enforcement. What a cynical move that was—they told Arizona that the state couldn’t help the Feds, because the Feds were Constitutionally in control. The fact that the Obama administration wanted to do nothing was besides the fact, as the Courts said that was their policy to make.
Is the root of this being Mass Voter Fraud by dems/leftists which would undo all the rest of America ??
