You do so at your own peril. Folks, God is very unhappy with mankind. He is going to act. It is not going to be a nice place to be when He unleashes His Wrath on this world. Plus, the wrath of satan, yes he is real, and the wrath of man himself will be upon this world. Time is running out folks. REPENTANCE of our individual sins are required to stay out of hell!!! And, yes, that place is real also. If you do not know Jesus Christ as your personal LORD and Savior, please read 1 Corinthians Chapter 15, verses 1 thru 4. Also, read Romans Chapter 3. Especially verse 23. Read all that chapter. Plus, read very, very carefully Romans Chapter 1, verses 18 thru 32. I read that, years ago when the Three Gorges Dam was filled it threw the rotation of earth off balance just a small amount.

There is a 0% chance the PCC would allow the loss of face by ordering an evacuation or allowing downstream residents to evacuate on their own initiative.
