Its exactly what the government spends tens of thousands of dollars training him to do.
Sounds fine to me.
If that is not considered life threatening, I don’t know what would be.
Yeah, aiming an AK at a white person is protected speech.
Hear Hear!! That man has true gun control!
We need to bestow on him a medal/ribbon for ridding the world of a psychotically violent rioter/looter/arsonist. Along with the medal - a raise in rank and pay.
Soldier wannabe meets real soldier, gets what he had coming to him.
Strictly speculation on my part but it wouldn’t surprise me if the ‘other shooter’ wasn’t LEO... with the shooting in the air a ‘diversion’ (no matter how foolish) — one would think an arrest should have been made because he was part of a mob, firing at a ‘fleeing’ vehicle...
I had somebody here arguing with me that he shouldn’t have fired because there was no clear evidence that the barrel of the AK wasn’t pointed in his face......
I home one thing the left learns from this nonsense is that there are a lot more armed people in cars than they realized.
And an armed society is a polite society.
That add ups real good. Garrett Foster was in a combat ready position with his rifle. Sgt Perry from his training recognize the position that is why he shot in fear of his life.
I would be interest in if Garrett had a round chamber or not. From watching his interview I bet he did.
In my state it doesn’t even have to be life threatening. You need only fear serious personal harm.
Karma at work.
Any DA, who tries to make one of the cases into a murder or a manslaughter case needs to be sued in civil court for personal damages and in criminal court for his/her/its unconstitutional actions.
The guy who got smoked was a ginger, and either AD or Veteran USAF. He got what he had coming.
Even assuming this guy really loved this woman, and wasn't just looking for someone who was totally helpless, and had to depend on him for everything, nobody who really cares for a disabled person deliberately takes them into a situation like that.
If he thought it was dangerous enough that he needed to take a rifle, what would happen to this woman he supposedly loved if the situation got dangerous?
In Texas for sure. That is why protestors need to be very careful.
Well, if the whole article is to be believed, they met before she got sick and had the amputations. He gets credit for loyalty.
But, if you are at a riot, with a gun, and point it... the downside is on you, even if its only a misunderstanding. (As in, he wasn’t sure of the driver’s intentions, his girlfriend was immobile, and on the driver’s side, he was trying to avoid confrontation, but didn’t know if the guy with the rifle was using it to gesture, or was brandishing, or really wanted to kill him.)
I’m glad the piece of crap was killed and the human is OK. If he’s prosecuted, we have lost the country.
